Driver Crosses Into Oncoming Traffic in Anna Causing Deadly Wreck

Fox News Aritcle Here

ANNA, Texas  --  A driver on Highway 121 in Collin County made a decision this morning that took two lives, according to police.

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

This is just really sad.  The driver of the car that caused that accident was trying to pass a line of cars.  - A LINE OF CARS!!!  How fast must he have been going, trying to get back in his own lane, before he crested the hill?  We drove over there today (about 4 miles from the house) and in both directions, it's a completely blind hill, until the very last second that you crest it.

She never even had time to react.  We haven't heard the name of the female driver yet, but I would ask that you pray for both of the families who have just lost a love one.

And, to anyone who reads this that has a tendency to take huge risks on the road.  Please remember... you may not be the only one who dies from your lack of judgement!

Nothing is worth losing your life over... he might have been late for work, but now... he'll never punch another time clock again!

If you know someone who drives like this, be sure to have them read this post!  Maybe, you can save a life.

I believe that I heard yesterday that the driver who caused the accident was a woman.

Not that it matters, but, it is just crazy how someone can be so impatient to do something like this.

Like it is said..."patience is a great virtue and has its rewards"

In this case, it would have been 2 people going home to spend time with the family and live a longer life.

This is a recently annexed section of the city of Anna. Unfortunately, in a growing city, new annexation strains the ability of the police force to effectively patrol the area.

However, we live next to one of the police officers that responded to the scene and he said that they would be patrolling that section of 121 more now.

It was a 25 yr-old male who was driving southbound in the white sedan (pictured in the Fox News article) and a 35 yr-old female who was driving northbound in a green Jeep Cheroke.

luvmykid, kuddos for your willingness to take action! I can get impatient at times myself, and my wife always helps me by reminding me that, "everything happens for a reason". So, the next time he is impatient, remind him that the slow car, or red light, etc. is meant to slow us down. We should heed the impedement, who knows what's "down the road" that one second, or a minute or two, could keep us from.

Hey, thanks for stopping by! This is me and my beautiful wife of almost 5 years. We enjoy living life to the fullest! There are 3 kinds of people in life... Those that make things happen - Those that watch things happen - and those that wonder - What just happened? Who are you?
