IF you only knew how bad this is. America wil no longer be the free, independent nation that we are. It will be more government intruding in our lives, taxation out the wa-zoo, - All the things that we fought against the English for so long ago. It will be more government and a move toward socialism. And you can bet there will be a stronger focus on color then ever before.

Racism is still present in our country but there is a strong level of racism amongst our black population toward others. I wish for color-blindness, but that is not to be had. We can only hope that this man who speaks so eloquently but does not have a plan, who has hung out with a US terrorist, has ties to criminals, who has never served in our military, who was part of a church under a pastor who hates the White population and spews hate rather then the gospel for 15 years, and who supports abortion on demand at any stage of the pregnancy - has a real come to Jesus meeting prior to entering the White House.

I personally, don't care what color you are - you could be purple for all I care. I would have voted for Colin Powell or Condaleeza Rice in a heart beat but this one scares me- I do not have a peace about this at all. Believe me, ya'll are not getting the full story over there - our liberal media is all that seems to get air play overseas. DO not believe all that you see. Eyes are not opened.

The idea of change, no accountablity or plans - just being mesmerized by the thought of change - what ever that may be - has become the opiate of the masses. You see people at Obama rallies crying, clutching their chests, raising there hands to heaven, chanting his name over and over - calling him the "The One" - like he is a god -it is idolatry and hope misplaced. IF you ask the people what they like about him, or about the issues - they don't know - but, worse - they don't really care.

Lastly remember that Hiler was a great speaker who said that he would bring change to the German people.

When you order food delivery please remember to tip the driver. I am a food delivery driver and there are times that I do not make anything on tips.

I try to get the food to the place in a fast manner. That is how I make most of my money. I am not saying that people have to tip but it is nice to get something back. Gas is not cheap and some trips I do not make up for the gas that I used.

Also making a driver what a long time to get the order is not right. This takes away from our time to make other trips and makes other peoples food late.

All I am saying guys is treat your delivery drivers with the same respect as you would want to be treated with.

I want to know why there has no more news about the Chinook crash in Iraq? It killed four National Guardsmen from Texas and three from Oklahoma.

The TV media say they support the troops and that they love the troops, but when it comes to giving us more news about them it does not happen.

I am deeply saddend by the deaths of my brothers. These were my brothers. I served in the Texas Army Reserve National Guard. I want to know if I knew these blokes. Lastly America will always remember sporting types (I will not call them heros) like Dale Ernhart Jr. But does America remember her true Heros her military and her fallen? Only on two days a year. that is wrong.

On Saturday out at Traders Village, I was invited by some friend of mine who are Native Americans to take part in the grand entery of the Pow Wow on Sunday. Durn the grand entery people were asked to stand and men were asked to take off their hats. This was to show respect to the US and Texas flags.

The Mexican men did not do that and they kept on talking during the grand entry. That peeed me off big time!!!!! The MC said said if you do not love these flags then leave!!! The Mexicans do not have any respect for the Flag of this country. If the mexican flag was flowen they would have the deepest of the respect for it and they would want us to show it for their flag.

OLD GLORY WAS PAID FOR IN BLOOD, SO IF DO NOT LOVE IT, THEN YOU SHOULD LEAVE.

HUNTSVILLE, Texas: Mexican-born prisoner Jose Medellin has been executed in Texas for the 1993 rape and murder of two teenage girls, despite a last-minute court hearing delaying his death by hours.

The state carried out the execution today after the US Supreme Court rejected his request for a reprieve in a split vote.

The 33-year-old Mexican national, the centre of an international dispute over US treaty obligations, was scheduled to die by lethal injection shortly after 6pm Texas time.

But the execution remained on hold nearly two hours later as judges considered his request, until finally denying him.

The case became entangled in international politics over Medellin's assertion that he was denied his right to contact the Mexican consulate after his arrest.

An unlikely cast of legal allies, including the Bush administration and much of the world's diplomatic community, embraced Medellin's position, warning that the US will be accused of violating a treaty if Medellin is executed without a hearing on his consular access claim.

The case pitted President George W. Bush against his home state of Texas.

Medellin and five other members of a gang called the Black and Whites were convicted of raping and killing Jennifer Lee Ertman, 14, and Elizabeth Pena, 16, after the two girls stumbled into a gang initiation while going home from a party.

Witnesses said Medellin later bragged about the assault and described using a shoelace to strangle one of the girls because he didn't have a gun. Medellin, then 19, also “put his foot on her throat because she would not die,” according to a state legal brief.

As the Supreme Court reviewed Medellin's appeal, Texas Governor Rick Perry was also considering a recommendation of the state parole board to reject Medellin's request to delay the execution or commute the sentence to life. The board approved the recommendation on a 7-0 vote Monday.

The Mexicant Government does not care about it's people here unless they are in the shite with the U.S. or they are giving them an I.D. Card for illegals. Now to say that he was denied access to the Mexicant Counsulate. 

Who cares if he spoke to the Consulate or not? I don't.  What would or could they do to help him? Nothing! In Australia we have a slang term and it is he has Buckly's and that means not a chance. Well thanks to the U.S. Surpreme Court Judges he did not have Buckly's.

Lastly what right does the Federal Government have to tell States what they can do if it is not violating federal law? Did this country fight a war over states rights?

The Hospital was right in calling the police on the woman who stole a dead person's SS#. To say the HR had no right to do so is incorrect. If you break the law, then it is up to every law abiding person (citizen or legal resident) to report all crimes.

This woman is a criminal and should be removed from the USA after she gets out of prision for ID theft. This country prides herself on her fair laws and this bean(er has broken these fair and just laws.

HOUSTON  --  A United Nations High Court has issued an order demanding the United States halt the executions of five Mexican citizens on Texas' death row.

One of them is scheduled to be put to death in three weeks.  Jose Medellin was convicted in the gang murders of teenagers Jennifer Ertman and Elizabeth Pena, more than 15 years ago in Houston.

Victims' advocates acknowledge the World Court's bias against capital punishment, but they say the brutality of his crime makes Medellin a poor poster child for the cause.

The U.N. court agreed with arguments that Medellin and the other four Texas death row inmates did not have adequate access to the Consulate of their home country.

But, as a practical matter, there's little the international court can do to enforce its order.

I hate the United Nations!!! I have seen what they do first hand. I was in Iraq protecting the WMD inspectors who United Nations send there after the Gulf War.

In East Timor the East Timorese people told the U.N. that they did not want Muslims in their country. They were under Indonesaion rule. Indonesia is the largest Islamic nation.

The "Peace Keeper" from Pakistan were raping and sexually abusing women and children. I served in East Timor in 2000 with INTERFET (International Forces in East Timor) when Australia led the multi national force. There was non of the abuse that the Paki's did.

The U.N. did nothing to stop the abuse. I say lets kick the unUnited Nations out of the USA for good!!!!

We believe in the spiritual high moral code of our Ancestors. We believe in the truths of the Bible, Quran, and other sacred texts and writings. We believe in MAAT and the principles of NGUZO SABA. We believe that Black People will not be free until we are able to determine our Divine Destiny.

2. We want full employment for our people and we demand the dignity to do for ourselves what we have begged the white man to do for us.
We believe that since the white man has kept us deaf, dumb and blind, and used every “dirty trick” in the book to stand in the way of our freedom and independence, that we should be gainfully employed until such time we can employ and provide for ourselves.
We believe further in: POWER IN THE HANDS OF THE PEOPLE! WEALTH IN THE HANDS OF THE PEOPLE! ARMS IN THE HANDS OF THE PEOPLE!

3. We want tax exemption and an end to robbery of THE BLACK NATION by the CAPITALIST. We want an end to the capitalistic domination of Africa in all of its forms: imperialism, criminal settler colonialism, neo-colonialism, racism, sexism, zionism, Apartheid and artificial borders.
We believe that this wicked racist government has robbed us, and now we are demanding the overdue debt of reparations. A form of reparations was promised 100 years ago (forty acres and a mule) as restitution for the continued genocide of our people and to in meaningful measure and repair the damage for the AFRICAN HOLOCAUST (Maangamizo/Maafa).
We believe our people should be exempt from ALL TAXATION as long as we are deprived of equal justice under the laws of the land and the overdue reparations debt remains unpaid. We will accept payment in fertile and mine rally rich land, precious metals, industry, commerce and currency. As genocide crimes continue, people’s tribunals must be set up to prosecute and to execute.
The “Jews” were given reparations. The Japanese were given reparations. The Black, the Red and the Brown Nations must be given reparations. The American white man owes us reparations. England owes us reparations. France owes us reparations, Spain and all of Europe. Africa owes us reparations and repatriation. The Arabs owe us reparations. The “Jews” owe us reparations. All have taken part in the AFRICAN HOLOCAUST and the slaughter of 600 million of our people over the past 6,000 years in general and 400 year in particular. We know that this is a reasonable and just demand that we make at this time in history.

4. We want decent housing, fit for shelter of human beings, free health-care (preventive and maintenance). We want an end to the trafficking of drugs and to the biological and chemical warfare targeted at our people.
We believe since the white landlords will not give decent housing and quality health care to our Black Community, the he housing, the land, the social, political and economic institutions should be made into independent UUAMAA “New African Communal/Cooperatives” so that our community, with government reparations and aid (until we can do for ourselves) can build and make drug free, decent housing with health facilities for our people.

5. We want education for our people that exposes the true nature of this devilish and decadent American society. We want education that teaches us our true history/herstory and our role in the present day society.
We believe in an educational system that will give our people “a knowledge of self.” If we do not have knowledge of self and of our position in society and the world, then we have little chance to properly relate to anything else.

6. We want all Black Men and Black Women to be exempt from military service.
We believe that Black People should not be forced to fight in the military service to defend a racist government that holds us captive and does not protect us. We will not fight and kill other people of color in the world who, like Black People, are being victimized by the white racist government of America. We will protect ourselves from the force and violence of the racist police and the racist military, “by any means necessary.”

7. We want an immediate end to POLICE HARRASSMENT, BRUTALITY and MURDER of Black People. We want an end to Black-on-Black violence, “snitching,” cooperation and collaboration with the oppressor.
We believe we can end police brutality in our community by organizing Black self-defense groups (Black People’s Militias/Black Liberation Armies) that are dedicated to defending our Black Community from racist, fascist, police/military oppression and brutality. The Second Amendment of white America’s Constitution gives a right to bear arms. We therefore believe that all Black People should unite and form and “African United Front” and arm ourselves for self-defense.

8. We want freedom for all Black Men and Black Women held in international, military, federal, state, county, city jails and prisons.
We believe that all Black People and people of color should be released from the many jails and prisons because they have not received a fair and impartial trial. ‘Released’ means ‘released’ to the lawful authorities of the Black Nation.

9. We want all Black People when brought to trial to be tried in a court by a jury of their peer group or people from their Black Communities, as defined by white law of the Constitution of the United States.
We believe that the courts should follow their own law, if their nature will allow (as stated in their Constitution of the United States) so that Black People will receive fair trials. The 6th Amendment of the United States Constitution gives a man/woman a right to an impartial trial, which has been interpreted to be a “fair” trial by one’s “peer” group. A “peer” is a person from a similar economic, social, religious, geographical, environmental, historical and racial background. To do this, the court will be forced to select a jury from the Black Community from which the Black defendant came. We have been and are being tried by all white juries that have no understanding of the “average reasoning person” of the Black Community.

10. WE DEMAND AN END TO THE RACIST DEATH PENALTY AS IT IS APPLIED TO BLACK AND OPPRESSED PEOPLE IN AMERICA. WE DEMAND FREEDOM FOR ALL POLITICAL PRISONERS OF THE BLACK RED AND BROWN NATION!
We want land, bread, housing, education, clothing, justice and peace. And, as our political objective, we want NATIONAL LIBERATION in a separate state or territory of our own, here or elsewhere, “a liberated zone” (“New Africa” or Africa), and a plebiscite to be held throughout the BLACK NATION in which only we will be allowed to participate for the purposes of determining our will and DIVINE destiny as a people. FREE THE LAND! “UP YOU MIGHTY NATION! YOU CAN ACCOMPLISH WHAT YOU WILL!” BLACK POWER! History has proven that the white man is absolutely disagreeable to get along with in peace. No one has been able to get along with the white man. All the people of color have been subjected to the white man’s wrath. Why is it when a white guy offeneds the black community he is told that he needs to learn more and understand about the black community more. In Australia I was ordered to "cultural sensitivity training". All I did was call a drunk Australian Aborigine (Aussie native) a studip p.i.ss pot* and got my K9 partner to bark at him!!!

*P.i.ss Pot is Australian slang for someone who is always drunk.

I was working in private security at the time and the guy was sleeping on the state war memorial in Sydney New South Wales.

What about other people being sensitive to my culture. I grew up with the Aussie culture, and my rich Celtic culture. I have traveled the world and seen many other cultures, so I am not some uncultured BLEEP.

I was watching the news on MSNBC today and I heard what Jackson said about Jughead (AKA Obama).  Jackson said that he would cut Obama's nuts off for his faith based plans!!!!! You have to feel the love in the Black community.

Why I am shocked that there is not a call to have Jackson hung out to dry. If it was Uncle John, there would cries of raceism and that he should never be president. What do you guys think?

Trinity United Church of Christ adopted the Black Value System written by the Manford Byrd Recognition Committee chaired by Vallmer Jordan in 1981. We believe in the following 12 precepts and covenantal statements. These Black Ethics must be taught and exemplified in homes, churches, nurseries and schools, wherever Blacks are gathered. They must reflect on the following concepts:

1. Commitment to God
2. Commitment to the Black Community
3. Commitment to the Black Family
4. Dedication to the Pursuit of Education
5. Dedication to the Pursuit of Excellence
6. Adherence to the Black Work Ethic
7. Commitment to Self-Discipline and Self-Respect
8. Disavowal of the Pursuit of "Middleclassness"
9. Pledge to make the fruits of all developing and acquired skills available to the Black Community
10. Pledge to Allocate Regularly, a Portion of Personal Resources for Strengthening and Supporting Black Institutions
11. Pledge allegiance to all Black leadership who espouse and embrace the Black Value System
12. Personal commitment to embracement of the Black Value System.

The Pastor as well as the membership of Trinity United Church of Christ is committed to a 10-point Vision:
