I understand that Hilary Clinton and Barack Obama, John McCain and Mitt Romney are all currently engaged in a favored political pastime, viz and to whit: MY political record is more consistent than yours. Of course, they're frequently using language better fitted to the grown-up equivalent of two little kids squabbling over the outcome of a round of cowboys and Indians...Lie down! I shot you dead! No you didn't! Yes I did! NO! YES! etc, etc, ad nauseam.

For what it's worth and just in case someone on one or the other's side ever reads this, here's what I think.

A) I don't give a rat's patootie what you USED to think about an issue. What I want to know is, if you have changed your mind, WHY? What did you learn different from what you knew when you held the old opinion? And what changes in your plan for redressing the wrong have you got in place to activate if you win the Oval Office?

B) Can you show that it's YOUR mind that's making itself up and not the mindset of the last person to catch your ear?

C) And do any of you have a plan for our future that you haven't privately labeled "TOP SECRET, burn before the media prints it"?  And if so, would you stop wasting our time with your name-calling and mud-slinging and get on with explaining it to us. Guess what, candidates? Most of us out here in Realityland DO have IQ's sufficiently higher than that of a begonia to actually understand what you're positing as a path to a brighter future.

D) If you do not have such a plan, then would you PLEASE shut the H E double hockeysticks up and get off the stage?!

E) For the record, I'm voting for Mike Huckabee in the Primary and if he wins the nomination, then I'll vote for him in Nov. He's the ONLY candidate I've heard so far who actually not only says what he thinks is wrong, but gives you his ideas on how it should be made right. MY kinda man! He may not be the brightest, but at least he isn't insulting my intelligence by yakking about nothing and pretending that it means something! Forget about "hope". Gimme a PLAN that might work to make that hope a reality!!! If I agree, I'll back it AND you.

Although Huckabee is a sincere candidate even he knows his appeal is only in the Bible belt.
So, a Vote for Huckabee is really a vote for McCain. If Romney gets the Nomination there's a good chance Huckabee would be ask to be on the ticket as VP.

Yeah, I know. Kinda bothers me that the only honest candidate has such a narrow base of possible constituents. Not about him, though. What bothers me is what it says about the American people. EEEEK!

This may be off subject and I know absolutely nothing about polotics, but if I heard correctly, is it true that Hillary Clinton would approve handing out drivers licenses to illegal immigrants?

I don't really care too much about the other stuff, I just want someone to fix this illegal crisis going on. Throw them out, are there any presidential candidates wanting to do that? If so,let me know and i'll vote for him/her.

according to The Caucus she said the following about it
“I support Governor Spitzer’s decision today to withdraw his proposal,” she said in the statement. “As president, I will not support driver’s licenses for undocumented people and will press for comprehensive immigration reform that deals with all of the issues around illegal immigration, including border security and fixing our broken system.”

Good, someone needs to fix it. I'm keep trying to run away from the raunchy ways illegals live by moving to nicer areas and as time goes by, the raunchyness keeps spreading.

They're comming to Rockwall now. I'm gonna have to build my own wall around Rockwall and check legal status before letting people in.
