Guess what? We just lost the last 700 years!

Over in Saudi Arabia they're gonna kill a poor, illiterate female for the crime of...are you ready for this? WITCHCRAFT.

C'mon, people. I knew those "people" were backward, but I mean really!

I don't know about you guys, but I'm gonna go get me a nice, shiny new car...one that uses bio-fuels. Let's see how  those high and mighty, sadistic, superstitious twits manage WITHOUT our oil money!

Now, I bow to no woman in my contempt for Alpha jerkasaurus males, but these toads, these illegitimate offspring of porcines and canines, they really take the cake. I bet there's not 18 working brain cells in the male population of that whole country!

Dear candidates for the Presidency, please take note. One of you is gonna sit behind the world's most famous desk in less than a year. I suggest you ALL get started thinking about a new policy in re the stupid Saudis. Especially you, Senator Clinton! We'd better get over the need for their oil before you take office. They will most definitely NOT be giving YOU any respect, not when their only use for females is as broodmares!

How 'bout we give Osama a break and go break a few Saudi judges' heads instead?

And that idiot Anglican archbishop actually thinks Shariya law has something positive to offer a civilized culture?! Hmmmm, maybe the Brits can send him over to Riyadh so he can watch the execution.

While I can't condone your generalizations regarding Saudis, I do have to say, you have a very entertaining way of writing! Nice. :)

shouldn't we use/produce our own oil? i don't like being reliant on saudi. not for one second do i believe they are our friends.

Unfortunately I have personal experience, being an archaeologist with a specialty in the ancient Near East. The male "townie" Muslim whose dealings with the West are minimal to non-existent is the most Neanderthalic creature around. As long as you're dispensing baksheesh or allowing him to best you at haggling, he'll be formally polite, but without the charm and innate hospitality I found in the rural Muslims, especially the Beduoin.
Sadly, males indoctrinated with the Q'ranic ideas of females are an intelligent woman's worst nightmare.

I do agree they shouldn't be killing the women for witchcraft

but it ain't oil money that's funding the execution . the oil money in Saudi Arabia is going to the ruling class to fund their extravagant lifestyle

the average Saudi citizen is working class poor

And when the money runs out and the mucky-mucks cannot afford their bully-boy security guards any longer, how long do you think they'll last before a really angry bunch of working-class poor runs 'em up the flagpole to how well they hang? Remember, most of those townie types are close to functionally illiterate. The only education they're getting is how to misinterpret the Q'uran in approved Wahabist fashion and how to work like a dog for wages that a Russian peasant wouldn't accept.
That whole system is morally bankrupt, sociologically bonkers and basically bad news for any culture past the Bronze Age.

Generalizations are based in truths but dont necessarily apply to individuals.
They are based on culture so you cant change the truth evenif they rub us wrong.

They know shes not a witch cause if she was she would dissapear.
