furie if he does not have the money than they put him in prison to served out the $50,000.00 dollar fine. Plus the jail Time. Just have the guy castrated. This why all this is happening cause of the border issue. Politicians not doing there job and the people of this great country has to take things into their own hands. Eye for eye justice what we need here. Get in there and take this guy. Well as soon that he gets in the prison system there are guys in the general population that will teach him some manners. The boys will get him in there. I promise you that.

Ten-year-old delivers baby after rape

This is awful!! We have delivered girls as young as 12 - they are of course babies themselves.

I agree with castration and tubes being tied after free-born baby #2. That just might detour some. And if a mother tests positive for ANY drugs - Medicaid should refuse to pay, and Mom goes to jail if she can't cough up the money to pay.

Most people we see at the hospital on Medicaid surprisingly have cell phones, smoke cigarettes, have the latest fashioned clothes, nice cars, bring in to-go food from some nice resturants, have piercings and tatoos all over etc. But they can't get educated and get a job. All that is of course sponsored by us tax payers.

Sorry - got carried away. My heart goes out to this little 10 year old girl and her baby.
The monster who hurt her and now a baby should be punished to the max - even though that won't help this little girl and she will suffer for the rest of her life.
