Howdy ya'll!  It's great to be back in big "D" after a week on the beach in Sandestin, Florida.  My new nickname around the station is lobster boy!

Now onto the traffic front.....please keep in mind that I-20 is shut down at Turner-Hayden in Van Zandt County due to a wreck involving a couple of 18 wheelers.  It will be several more hours before the road is open in the eastbound direction.

Yea! You're back! Sure missed ya. Was nice of the Toddster to fill in for you in the afternoon. That was a fun surprise. Glad you had an enjoyable time in Fla. We used to vacation there when we lived in Mississippi. I just returned from Oregon where it was great!
Anywho...welcome back!

It is a beautiful area indeed babysister138!! It rained a couple of days while we were there, but we made the best of it. To Addam_Bombb: Ok...it is hard to get back in the swing of things, but there's something to be said about the phrase "there's no place like home!"

He has taken a job in the private sector, but his new employer said he could come back and fill in from time to time.

Welcome to the chopper zone! If you're new to the area let me introduce myself. My job for FOX 4: Be the eyes that guide you to the traffic troubles around the Metroplex! I'm a Texan through and through--born in Austin, raised in North Texas with a degree from TCU. My wife and I have been married for 12 years and we have 2 kids. I love playing golf and watching all sports. I also like to sing and play guitar. My secret goal? Someday I'd love to build my own golf course....but having the ability to retire on one would be great too! If there's anything I can do to help you plan routes through this busy part of Texas please let me know and as always: have a "Good Day!"
