My Hometown Heroes are moms and their tots in Denton & Collin Counties.  Their playdate group is also involved in community service. For memorial Day they've collected boxes of goodies for the troops...but the moms & tots could use your help to help the troops.  You'll see this Clarice's Hometown Heores on Memorial Day 2008 at 5:30pm and on Tuesay, May 27th at Noon.

As a group, we have collected many basic necessities for the troops overseas. We now need assistance in shipping the many boxes to the units. If you are interested in sponsoring a care package, you may donate at http://moms.meetup.com/2564/about/

This memorial day our group decided to collect items to send some of the comforts of home to those soldiers over seas who continue to fight for us and others. After so many people and businesses were so generous we now need help with the shipping of the boxes! The boxes cost $10.95 each to ship, please help us help the troops!
