Bickering, name calling, right vs wrong.... everyone is entitled to their opinion on any person running for control of our great nation!  Take it to heart, brush it off your shoulder... get PO'd, get overwhelmingly happy... but whatever whatever party you represent, they all have something in common... they need your vote!  You can talk all day about the support you have for this one or that one but if you don't VOTE, you really don't support either.  I think it's fair to say, we all want change and we must vote for it! 

So I was watching the news just now, FOX4 of course, and they stated that across Texas there were 1300 DWI related deaths last year!  Well, ironically today I read a story on the Star Telegram website about how a 23 year old Arlington man, who killed someone as a result of his DWI accident, received 6 months jail and 10 years probation.  Are you kidding me, for taking a life... 6 months on lock-down?  Probation is a slap on the hand & six months in the slammer is far too little.  I think we need harsher penalties, these things happen far too often.  Just this week a couple was killed by a REPEAT offender!  It's constantly on the news... I remember an incident involving a late teenager who caused an accident that critically injured his friend and killed a mother who was driving with her two daughters.  I'm sure he'll get the same, 6 months lock up & 10 years probation.  Is it just me or is this punishment too leniant?
