Prom Dress Nightmare

  OK, I am no prude, but if I saw this girl I would think she was a prostitute and not going to a prom. Is there no decency left? You want to feel sorry for a high school girl getting arrested instead of being allowed to enter, then you see her dress, then you hear her speak and you understand. Any parent who lets their child leave the house looking like this, prom or not, should be shot! She looks like she is going to walk the streets, its not cute, its not sexy, its trashy. And please don't say anything about her race, this happens with all races.

 

You may have thought your prom night went badly, but Marche Taylor, a high-school student from Houston, Texas left hers in handcuffs, and not for the reasons you might think. According to the Dallas Morning News,

Madison High's prom took place at the Sugar Land Marriot. But Taylor only got as far as the lobby because when she tried to enter the ballroom an official stopped her.

She was told her dress violated a school dress code.

"She shook her head, she was like you are not getting into this prom," said Taylor. "We were arguing back and forth because I wanted to know why I can't get into my prom."

Even after offering to provide more cover, Taylor was still denied access to the final soiree of the school year.

At that point, Taylor said she was furious. After all this was her senior prom. She argued if she couldn't get in, she wanted her money back.

Things got so bad, the next thing she knew, someone had called the police. Officers showed up, handcuffed her and escorted her out.

Call me judgmental, but I understand why the cops were called. Any slizzut who would wear this dress at 17 is not a nice girl and probably raised quite a ruckus.

Her parents should be ashamed.

Are there people really defending her?

She dressed like a BLEEP, for why? And what the blazes is wrong with her parents??!! Good gravy. And listening to this 'girl' whining on TV about how right to go to the promo.... geeeeez, she had to know the RULES.
Sal, I think the cops were caused because she refused to leave, etc. A real self-centered idiot.

the lil hoodrat was dressed like a SKANK, it really gets on my nerve how these young black females never want to get treated like a H*, yet they will run around dressed like one and looking like one. this is what she gets for trying to get attention and being a D*** tease at the same time.. lookin at what she was trying to wear to her PROM (aka the most important CLASSY UPSCALE EVENT IN HIGH SCHOOL) how can she try and whine they didnt let her in.. hec she did this to herself. i do not feel sorry for her.. she looked like she had BABY-MAKIN on her mind in that thing.. question is i wonder what rate she was charging..

silly little Ghetto hoodrat.. these youngsters need to wake the hell up.. STUPIDITY AT ITS FINEST.. she's not some R&B singer, sure as hell not Beyonce, and NO where related to halle berry or Tyra ...

(she did look good in it for one thing only).. a 1 night stand...with a CONDOM!

She should be ashamed of herself! There is no way in hayell would I allow my daughter to LEAVE the house dressed like a strumpet. If her parents...mainly her MOTHER...thought that this stripper garb was appropriate for a PROM, then apparently the apple didn't fall too far from the tree.

She looks like a two-dollar street walking slut. No class whatsoever. And, what's up with those cheap sunglasses? She looks like a fool...honestly. And, she really looks like a hooker with her hands pinned behind her back as she was being escorted from the hotel. You would think she was busted in the lounge soliciting sex instead of actually being a 17 year old TRYING to attend her senior prom!

I would say her date looks a bit embarrassed, but I doubt it. He has a matching vest, so he KNEW what she was wearing and they matched it up to look "REAL FLY", right? WRONG!

ddwag, do you know if she had a date for that prom? if so, i wonder what he wore. i'd have been ashamed if my son would have taken a girl that was dressed that way. this girl said it was specially made for her. what was her parents/guardians thinking or perhaps we should assume the mother dresses like this as well

being a very sneaky young adult back in past.. its really easy to get around parents.. again all she had to do was dress one way leaving the house " mama we're going over to Friend A cause the limo will be picking us up over HER house" Friend A has the Skank dress therefore escaping parental detection. its really EZ.. thats why u see so many girls getting pregnant after Prom Night... O Hotels/Motels allow ANYONE who's 17/18 to get a room.. lol all u need is cash.. hec i rented a full suite at the hyatt regency when i was just 16!... lol $$$ talks.. and also buys cheap lil skanks like thise.. just wear a condom it's easily safe to say like mother like daughter so that skank will end up spitting out a baby sooner or later.. and as one would say then "history repeats itself" ..

Oh, her date KNEW he would be getting a piece of A$$ that night! No doubt about it! It's hard to believe a girl who would dress like this is NOT sexually active.

Yeah, right...

I would be outraged if my son was taking a girl who dresses like this to the prom! I wonder how does his parents feel about it? Did they KNOW beforehand what his date was wearing?

This isn't new... idiots always think they have "rights" they do not. School had/has rules (thankfully) and she skrewed herself. (no pun intended... OH, SURE it was! :)) chortle)

TM I think that is her date in the police pic, same color vest- he at least looks classy. It is real unfortunate that she didn't receive a good upbringing. Chances are her mom probably dresses the same and is only 14 years older than she is.

Did you hear the comments? She "axed" why she couldn't get a refund. Makes her momma proud I bet.

I actually saw a mom and aunt of a young girl who was graduating at the top of her class, come to the graduation dressed very similar to this (yes that's right, the MOTHER AND AUNT looked like low class hookers). They were loud, obnoxious, and proud of the grandbaby they were holding as the 17 year old accepted her diploma. At least she got good grades and graduated despite being pregnant.

You are right Onyx the apple seldom falls far from the tree.

I don't think it's her race its her reasoning.The school had published guidelines she simply felt, as many teenagers do, that they did not apply to her. It's sad really another example of the lowering of our values

Oh wow!! I heard about this but didn't see the 'dress'. Wow you know I think a thong has more material than that! And her momma let her out of the house? Like that? And paid for that? For her to wear? To PROM?! And people wonder about kids today...oh..BLEEP! I sound like my parents! Geez....baby? We have Strongbow in the 'fridge right?

I guess if you are raised on hoochie momma gangsta type of videos then maybe you think that's what class looks like. Poor girl. Unless someone steps in she will be doomed to some sort of lifestyle filled with tragedy. She should be a poster child for Bill Cosby's next speaking tour.

What gets me is that when I saw her in the interview, she isn't a bad looking young woman, in fact she would be pretty if she wasn't dressed like she was going to her job on Harry Hines. You know you hear of these girls with some dysfunction about their body image. They look in the mirror and see a fat person standing there looking back at them when they are actually twigs. Ya think this girl had some dysfunction and thought she saw a fully clothed young woman staring back at her from the mirror? I guess I'm looking for some real reason behind this instead of the fact that she and her parents thought this was appropriate dress for a high school prom as well as a hooker convention.

Schools have set rules or dress codes for all school functions.
She was just trying to see what she could get away with. She's not the first or last to do that.
Too bad she didn't go down to Harry Hines,she might have made some money for her effort.
Who put up the money to buy this trashy dress?
