ITS REALLY A SHAME HOW THESE BABYSITTERS AND PARENTS NOT WATCHING OVER THESE KIDS WHEN THEY ARE WITH THEM. EVERYDAY I LOOK AT THE NEWS AND SOMETHING ELSE HAS HAPPENED TO A CHILD WHEN WILL IT STOP? THIS BABY IS GONE BECAUSE SOMEBODY DIDNT HAVE THE COURTESY TO PUT THEIR DURGS UP. WHY WOULD YOU EVEN HAVE DRUGS IN SHE SAME HOUSE AS A CHILD ? YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT THAT CHILD MIGHT DO IF HE OR SHE GETS A HOLD OF IT. THIS JUST HAS TO STOP!!!!

This is very, very sad. And look at all the attention the story gets! Sadder still is that over 1 million babies are aborted yearly and few are the cries for it to stop.

The police said they couldn't find evidence of drugs at eithe home but they took the other child and put it i foster care while they investigate. i wonder if someone had been to one of their homes and dropped their coke or something. my heart goes out to the family but i certainly look forward to finding out what happened

It doesn't take very long to remove Coke from the premises, I mean, they probably snorted it all before police got there, and who knows how long it actually took police to search the home- those people moved it.
My next question is... When the mom dropped the baby off at the sitter, did she hand the child to the sitter, did the child seem strange at all- or did she just lay him in a crib or something (because he might have been sleeping) If the child was handed to the sitter and was in good health at that time, then the sitter should have charges pressed against her. If the mother just laid the baby down, chances are, she know what was going to happen. HEnce why she didn't hand off the baby directly- in fear that the sitter would notice

Lastly, I heard on the news that this child had enough cocaine in his system to kill an adult? Explain to me how the child LIVED for 3 more months then?
