I HATE agreeing with plow toy fans, but slomofan is right. The land is being bought out, most of the time its twice or 3X the value, because the money will be made back 10 fold in a short period of time. That side of Arlington NEEEEEEEDS A CLEAN UP, maybe they can run off all the BLEEP too.

I don't know how you were raised but I was taught that if you take something that doesn't belong to you and the owner doesn't want to give or trade you for it, it's called stealing. Unfortunently they didn't get twice the value, they got market value as determined by the city's/county tax role, one lady had to take them to court to get what her land was really worth. Bottom line is there were those that did not want to sell, they were forced to sell, guess my parents just raised me better than to be a thief and try to justify it.
