NFL Picks Week 16

Say it ain't so! Unless there are a lot of upsets this week - Doocy will walk away the winner of the Picks... again!! I suppose he should win - he is after all, the main sports anchor. But I loved beating him. But - all hope is not lost. There is always the chance for a crazy week of football - that even Doocy can't figure out!

Congrats to all of our bloggers - Y'all did great. We had about half a dozen people go 10-4... but the winner this week is... BROWNCR 12-2. And there was a 4-way tie for second place... STUDLEY, GATORGATOR, NONEYA, and REALSWIFTY all went 11-3.

I know what I would like to see happen (translation: anyone in the Cowboys way... MOVE!) but I know what I think WILL happen with these games. 2 bad those things don't match up! LOL! Good luck this week!

I anchor the 6 and 9 p.m. news – along with my dear friend and "work husband" Steve Eagar. Together we have won Edward R. Murrow, AP, and Katie Awards (Thanks for carrying me, Steve!). And I won an Emmy for Best Anchor. But now I have a new role - Mommy! Jeff and I have two little girls - Emmy (Jeff said I have an Emmy - so he wants one, too!) and Lily Rae. The girls are 14 months apart so we definitely have our hands full! But it's wonderful!! I also want to tell you about my volunteer work - speaking to groups about suicide awareness. I lost my former fiance’ to suicide and recently published a book called "Surviving Suicide." You can find out more about that at www.heatherhays.com. Playtime is spent with the cutest chocolate lab ever, Rosco, and my amazing husband, Jeff - and of course, Emmy and Lily Rae. Thanks for checking in and have a great day!
