OK Idol fans... what is up with that Joan Collins look alike guest judging Idol tonight. I keep expecting her to toss a martini in the contestant's face when it's a "no".

Yes, I know it's not REALLY Joan Collins... but hey I guess they'll do whatever it takes to draw attention away from this crazy girl I am watching throw a hissy-fit because she swears she can be the first American Idol they ever had to TEACH to sing!

TEACH TO SING? Seriously? Yeah, I'd like to be America's next top model... but they'd have to teach me to stop eating fist fulls of M&M's and teach me how to get my fat butt up off the couch.

Up off the couch? Yeah, that would SERIOUSLY get in the way of my watching IDOL!

No that was Carole Bayer Sayers, who was married to Burt Bachrach.She's a very well known singer.songwriter from the late 60;s early 70's

Wasn't that the weirdest thing? I couldnt for the life of me think of who else she could be, then I realized it...
She could pass for a Collins sister for sure.

she can't be that well know if people are asking who she is. i've never seen her before. but guest judging is wack cuz they don't have much to add. i tend to dismss them because they go with the flow

Her name is actually Carole Bayer SaGer. I looked her up on IMDB. Date of birth:
8 March 1947

That chick looks GREAT for 60. She puts Joan to shame. I want either her doctor's name or the name of the makeup she uses. Dallas is right, though she has written many hit songs. One is 'On My Own' recorded by Patti LaBelle and Michael McDonald (whom I love).
