Policemen and cell phones............

I posted this in news instead of traffic for a reason.......

Why do I see so many policemen talking on their cell phones while driving? Aren't they supposed to be watching out for our safety and potential law breakers? I have even seen them pass by people with children loose in the car, and not even notice because they were talking and laughing on the cell phone. I believe this should be a punishable offense. How do the rest of you feel?

This is my first blog, so I'll start with something simple. Did anyone else laugh out loud last night at the "news" story about the lady the government had documented as a male when MARY is obviously female? Other than being a nice change from the rather depressing reality that is normally on the news, I do not see why this story was important to the rest of us.....Mary hasn't lost any money, and it probably didn't take much effort to have the mistake corrected. How does everyone else feel?
