There was a capital trial that the jury selection began today in Dallas County that I'm trying to find the original story.   The death involved a child under the age of 6 with the last name of Castro (the first name may have been Lisbeth).  The alleged killer is Victor Gabriella Nunez (or something similar).  The death happened on or about July 16, 2006.  Please reply if you have can find a link to the original article.  If found guilty of capital murder, the State will not seek the death penalty but will be life in prison without parole.
