Pray for our Troops!

It seems as if the closer it gets for our Soldiers to come home, the worst things are getting over there. My husband is due to come home in April. now they have back to back missions to do, he does Convoys from one town to the next. It seems as if these insurgents are learning the routes they are taking and finding ways to ambush them and attack them. My prayers go out to, Josh Nichols and his family. Just this week they had a Convoy to run and as they were ambushed by insurgents, his Humvee was struck by a IED, acouple were killed and he is suffering from 2nd and 3rd degree burns. God take care of our men and women, protect and guide them throughout the remaining of their deployment, With God's will, they will be home in April 2008. I love you Spc. Marcus Saucedo. Keep your head up and stay positive, We are your motivation to hang in there and come home to your family. We Love You!!

Just wanted to share with everyone that my husband came home for R&R in November to have the pleasure of meeting our baby girl for the first time. It was wonderful and very emotional. This deployment is almost over and with God wills and our prayers they will make it back. Thank you all for the support and love you give to all the Troops..

Much Love and Respect to all.

My husband, Marcus has been ordered to serve our country once again. This will be his second trip to Iraq. With so much that has been going on, I pray for my husband's safety and his return back to us. What upsets me is that our daughter is scheduled to be born around the same week he is scheduled to deploy. I'm trying to find ways to keep him here for a matter of days, just until she is born. I wouldnt want him to miss that important part of our lives. it makes me so angry that Bush would do such a thing. I ask of all to pray with me in hopes that my husband will be here for the birth of our child. That is the only thing I wish for, other than his safe return back.

A little about myself...I am a 28 year old women, mother of seven. I have four biological children, and three wonderful step daughters. In which they are considered mine, I've had them for several years now. Im a Proud Mother, a Proud Wife of Texas National Guard Soldier, who is now serving our Country for the second time. I married my husband August of 2006. he had just gotten back from his first tour, so as we married, we thought of having our first and only child in October 2006. Later to come to find out that in February we would find out that he would be deployed again. I never thought in my life I would be put into this situation, with having to be the head of household, the person in charge, the person to raise all these kids on my own, being left pregnant. It was the most difficult time in life, but I have to say that I am so Proud of myself. I have learned so much more about myself, i've learned things I didnt know I was capable of doing and being. I dont want to seem as if I'm bragging about myself. But I've provent o myself that I can handle this job, being an Army Wife. i love it, its a whole new Family you adapt to, the love, the support that people offer you without not even knowing you. God Bless our Men and Women, God Bless my husband, Spc. Marcus Saucedo!
