Okay, it's official. I LOVE MyMusic Mondays.  

For those who don't know what I'm talking about.. it goes something like this: you submit your playlist to us via our website (click on the Good Day tab for more info), and if your list is selected -- we play it on the show Monday morning.  

Simple as that.  

So why all the love??  

Honestly?  

Because that simple little segment speaks volumes.  

You see, when I'm doing the show -- I try not to think too much about who's watching (or who's not for that matter). For me, it's just easier that way.

But MyMusicMonday has changed that. I can't help it.

Your playlist tells a story. YOUR story.    

A 2003 University of Texas study of more than 3,500 people showed... musical taste can provide a road map to a person's personality. And I believe it. To me, a playlist is like a mini-diary.    

The truth is, I may not ever know WHY Dan in Lewisville wanted to hear "Bootylicious" AND "Bridge Over Troubled Water"... 

Or what was behind Mindy in Keller putting both Celine Dion and Metallica on her playlist...  

But I AM having a heck of a good time trying to figure it out.
