   Hope you can join us for the "Dash for Dignity," coming up in October.  It's a 5K run/walk benefitting the Citizens Development Center of Dallas.  That's a tremendous facility that helps persons with disabilities, providing employment.  I"m proud to be involved.  Here are the paticulars.

Hey,
I would totally go, except that I don't have a drivers liscence. *hmph* But, I was wondering if you (or any of the other news anchors) are going to the USMC Mud Run this year?
I intend to go, but only if I can find out when it is!

Also, if you come by my site, I lack blogs because I just signed up today... :D

I'll be there. I've never done a walk/run before since the ones I always see are well over 5k.

I can handle 5k, I hope so anyways.
