Romo broke his pinkie finger on his throwing hand.

Out for 4 weeks........

Can we all just wait until the season gets under way and see how this guy does as head coach before judging him? He seems to be a good down home Texas guy who feels strongly that happy locker rooms spread out onto the field and the guys play better when they play as a team. As long as the Cowboys play to their potential, the Pillsbury dough boy could run this team and they would still have a good year. Perhaps what some view as a "puppet" is actually a coach that is open to allow OTHER coaches input and yes the GM who by the way might possibly know a thing or two about football at this point.

There's nothing wrong with discussion but for goodness sake, give the guy a chance. Norv Turner already had one, get over it. Jimmy aint coming back, cry about it. Just give  Phillips a break, and see what the season brings.

It breaks my heart to hear about Barbaro being euthanized. We'll miss you Barbaro. May God Bless you.

Ok, so I don't want to see that *&!@ replay ever again. I've seen it enough.. Ok? Ok channel 4? Ok channels.. 5..8..11..27..33.. Enough already! I know what happened, we all know what happened, we don't need to see it again.

So... did anyone else think of that Finkle guy from Ace Ventura and worry that Romo was going to freak out, disappear and have a sex change? No? Ok, well ..me... neither!

All kidding aside though, as horrid and frustrating that loss was, I wasn't exactly expecting the boys to win the Super Bowl this year so it was going to end sometime, I just didn't expect THIS end... however, with the way the year went I am almost happy to end it and let the team regroup, get to the drawing board and figure this thing out. I'm excited for next season to start, to see Romo from day one with some real game time under his belt. I'm hoping Jerry makes some wise decisions over the off season, all across the board.

I don't imagine T.O will be going anywhere, Jerry wants to at least break even at some point with this guy. Bill I'd like to see back, but I just want some good off season moves and Romo back.

We've all embraced Romo, he's our guy. Every once in awhile a player comes along that will always be a Cowboy no matter what color jersey he wears. This usually takes some time, but Romo did it in half a season. We love his fire, his drive and confidence. He comes to play, not to cash a check.

So, Romo, thanks for making "There's always next season" not sound like such a lame cliche. We actually DO feel good about next season, even after .... well, let's just not speak of it.
