Let me start out by saying I am on no ones side here.  I am just perplexed at all the "fighting" that is caused by this person and those who respond to the bait.  With the above statement made by Jay I don't understand AT ALL why people respond to him in a negative manner.  He clearly states his intent on the Blogs.  If it makes his day to stir the pot I say Stir on!!  Those of you who don't like it (or him if that is the case) can choose to not read his posts.  Surely your mother and various experts in the field of "child rearing" have made it clear that the best way to deal with troublemakers is to ignore them.  If you consider him a troublemaker... ignore him...  As for the Christian folks who spend their time correcting him (or condemming him if that be the case) I would like to remind you of this scripture:

Matthew 7:6
"Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast your pearls before the swine, lest haply they trample them under their feet, and turn and rend you."

I feel compelled to blog about this today.  This has bothered me ever since I read it:

Sir, I commed you for raising your son but I take issue with your statement that you "took him as your own because his father didn't want him".  This may be a fact, but how can you possibly put that in print where your son might read it?  Raising him as your own is the right thing for any step parent to do.  However, reminding the child that you are raising him as your own because his father didnt want him is down right cruel. 

I am speaking from experience here. I have watched my 15yr old neice suffer through rejection  by her biological father.  It is devastating for a teenager to be rejected by anyone when all they want to do is fit in and be liked.  When that rejection comes from a parent it is even worse and can scar that fragile soul for life.

I joined a Fantasy Football League for the first time.  It was formed by one of my son's friends and consists of mostly his friends, except for me and his Dad.  I am the only woman on the league.  My husband was the league winner last year and my first game is against him.   I will be playing my son shortly thereafter.  Needless to say I want to KICK THIER BUTTS!!!!  Does anyone have any advice on who to draft besides the obvious players like LT, Peyton Manning, TO, ect.?  Any good sleepers out there?? Who are you going to draft??  Heather, if you see this blog I would be interested in your opinion!!  This is a huge rivalry in our family, with my husband, of course, predicting his victory again this year.  I would LOVE to put him to shame!!
