It seems like it is just that time of year again for horrible weather.
I distinctly remember that I was outside last year when tornado sirens in Garland went off.
We never actually had the tornado come through, but it went just to the south of us and we got a little amount of hail.
I was so very much in trouble with my Dad because I was outside.
I figured it wasn't much because we NEVER have tornadoes in Garland.
Now here we are a year later, I'm not outside.
I'm watching this squal line come straight for us.
With the hook of this storm that already formed over Mineral Wells...
And carried over about into the Weatherford area.
It was projected that the Dallas area would have it about 8:00.
Now it's 7:49 and it's been projected for Downtown Dallas in about an hour.

We're hoping that this storm will somehow by a miracle do what it always does.
And die off or break up and go around Garland before it gets here.

I guess that is pretty much all I need to write. Peace.

Yeah, I think that is, lol. I actually do like rain as long that it doesn't flood my street again. It was a mess when that happened in 2006. Water halfway up into the yard, and cars stuck all up and down the street. And it's funny we are having such rainy weather now when just a couple of weeks ago we had two days that we woke up in the morning to snow? Heh, I find it amazing. Garland ISD didn't let kids out of school so we didn't get to enjoy the snow too much since it was melted by the time we got out of school, but oh well. I again forgot about my login to this site, and actually I need to know how to change the e-mail address it mails comment notifications and things to.

If someone can help with that, please do. Thanks.

Hello again!

It's funny it says that my last post was 286 days and 23 hours ago.  It's because after I made this account I forgot I had it and never came back to update it again.

What recently made me think about it is the strong controversy between whether the little elementary schoolers in whatever school should be forced to learn Spanish as a manditory part of their day.

I don't really see the point in that, I mean I am a sophomore at North Garland High, I've never had to take Spanish as manditory.  I took it to get my foreign language credits out of the way.

I think that if their going to be forced to take a foreign language at that age, that they should start there with being asked what language they want to take like they do in the high schools.  I had the option to take french, german, or spanish for my foreign language.  But because both years have to be the same and all I could take in middle school was spanish.  I had to continue in spanish or start my foreign credits all over.

That's my view on that, and I know, yeah what does he know right? He's a kid and only 16.

Just thought I would put it out there anyway.

Hmm, maybe I will be able to remember this blog and come back and update everyone once in awhile.

Hah, just a little under 3 months and it would have been a year since I made this site without a single new post.
