It seems like it is just that time of year again for horrible weather.
I distinctly remember that I was outside last year when tornado sirens in Garland went off.
We never actually had the tornado come through, but it went just to the south of us and we got a little amount of hail.
I was so very much in trouble with my Dad because I was outside.
I figured it wasn't much because we NEVER have tornadoes in Garland.
Now here we are a year later, I'm not outside.
I'm watching this squal line come straight for us.
With the hook of this storm that already formed over Mineral Wells...
And carried over about into the Weatherford area.
It was projected that the Dallas area would have it about 8:00.
Now it's 7:49 and it's been projected for Downtown Dallas in about an hour.

We're hoping that this storm will somehow by a miracle do what it always does.
And die off or break up and go around Garland before it gets here.

I guess that is pretty much all I need to write. Peace.

I cannot stand tornadoes.
I remember being right in the eye of one and there was simply nothing i could do but hope it didn't touch down upon us.
The sirens were the worst!
I am not sure i got used to them except i think sometimes i didn't hear them anymore except for when i did.
When it was "tornado season" you just hoped you were not the poor sap who got hit that year and lost your home and/or died.
And the thing is because i was new to the tornado thing.. every single time they happened .. all i could think of was The Wizard of Oz.. that stupid movie!!!
I hope you post a follow up to let us know what happened in or around Garland, if your still alive that is...
