Flood warnings are still in effect for counties to the NORTH of the Metroplex. A batch of heavy, but non-severe storms with torrential downpours still exist to the Northeast of Dallas county. Other weather storms are up near Denton...moving southeast. There will still be a few scattered storms this morning, and today...although they will not be anywhere near as widespread or severe as what we had overnight....where rainfall totals of up to 8 inches were common!
