I'm sitting here thinking that with all of the negative stuff out here this is FOX 4's chance to let their bloggers share some good news or motivational thoughts for the day. Is there anyone else that would like to have this added? Speak now or forever hold your GOOD NEWS

I posted this once and I received so man calls from my friends
I decided to post it again...enjoy.

INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO SMILE
1. Get a serious look on your face
2. Arch your eyebrows - but keep the serious look on your face, Where are you, if you are at your desk, don't let anyone see you because this could be contagious (it's not time to smile yet,so hold it)
3. Wink at yourself cause you are a hottie, you are the bomb and you know it
4. Put on some chapstick because you are almost there
5. Does anyone see you right now?if so, then slowly start moving those jaw muscles to get prepared
6. Spread your lips horizonally so you can prepare for the big moment - there should be a slight grin on your face, that's it... (You are doing a great job)only 4 steps to go
7. Put your hands on your side because there could be a really big laugh bottled up in you that you haven't released in years so you need to be ready for it
8. Slowly start showing your teeth which I'm sure you have already brushed them, right? (made you laugh didn't I?) STOP laughing it's not time yet.
9. Think about someone who you really love that should have made you smile or think about all the times you went out of the house with your pants unzipped, tissue on the bottom of your shoe, had Green brocolli in your teeth while you were trying to talk to your sweetheart, had cold mess in the corner of your eye and you thought you were cute, had a visitor in your nose ALL DAY and nobody told you about it, thought you were a diva and had a runner in your stocking, tried to sing your favorite song and couldn't hit a note, knew you desperately needed a breath mint but for the life of you couldn't find one NOW HOLD THAT thought and walk around all day spreading love and Smiling
10. Be prepared for questions, most of them will come from non-smilers who (those who are just to busy to acknowledge that you are a hottie) so don't be discouraged. SMILE harder and longer at them. They will wonder what you are up to.

When I was a little girl, we couldn't afford games so we made up one called the laughing game.Tell me if you smiled today and what did people say. Also, tell me how YOU felt about it.

Look for THE SMILE SEMINAR coming soon to a place or news station near you.

Yes, I have to admit, you did get me laughing about half way down. Thanks, I'm always in the mood for a good laugh or a smile. :)

December 25th. I will launch the opening of the first of many "Giving Boutique" a store that gives back EVERYDAY. I am founder of The Giving MovementOrganization- www.thegivingmovement.org
. I teach childern about philanthropy. I never meet a stranger and I appreciate passionate conversation from intelligent people. I adore about my family, friends, photography, and my God. I am a survivor of life and it's ups and downs! I was the biggest loser in season one of Deal or No Deal (I won five dollars) but I am a winner in the game of life. Now, Let's give them Something 2 talk about! I never attended college but I don't let that stop me from accomplishing my dreams. My most notable achievement was meeting and receiving a one on one interview with Oprah Winfrey. I was chosen for a Deal or Dud segment where Steve and the gang redesigned my closet. It was so much fun. I also won a 16 city tour to co-host Good Day Live the Oscar show. I preached my first sermon over two years ago and I haven't looked back. I will blog the rest of my adventures in life. I enjoy giving back to the community, I am the Public Relations Director for a charity that honors my late grandmother, Ms. Helen Allen from South Oak Cliff, I love manufacturing smiles! I started this blog to meet new people. So add me to your favorites and let's give them something 2 talk about.
