I'm well aware that there are bigger problems in the world. On the other hand, this is really irritating me. When I attempt to leave a comment,

...has a #1 album on iTunes?
I am so incredibly happy for Jessica Simpson. Hate her because she’s beautiful. Hate her because she’s dating the hottest quarterback in the NFL. However, don’t hate her for this new album.

You won’t see many posts from me like this. I don’t believe in “pushing” religion down anyone’s throat, so to speak. That doesn’t mean that I don’t serve as a witness for my lord and savior. I would prefer a non believer ask me about having a relationship with the lord because of my actions, rather than my words.
I’m not a perfect person. My life doesn’t always fall into place. I’m ashamed to admit this, but I’ve felt so distant from God this past month. I let life get in the way. I try to solve my problems "my way" instead of giving everything over to God. In reality, he’s been here the entire time. He never left me. This skit/video is such a wonderful reminder that GOOD will always prevail. At least, it does in my life.
I encourage you to take the time to watch it. I needed this reminder tonight, maybe someone else does too.

There are certain things that “get me.” I don’t feel faint at the sight of blood. I can even deal with seeing the goriest of horror movies. However, one thing that really gets me is animal cruelty. It literally made me sick to hear that someone threw their puppy off of a balcony. If that wasn’t enough, he then proceeded to throw the injured, BUT ALIVE puppy into a dumpster. The puppy was rescued and had surgery. Sadly, she later died due to complications.
The man monster who did this pleaded guilty to a third-degree felony charge of animal cruelty and was sentenced to three years in prison. Three years doesn’t seem like enough to me. There is NO punishment severe enough that the courts can provide. Perhaps this man’s life is so miserable that he had to resort to torturing an innocent animal. His true punishment on this earth is his own miserable life.
Bottom line, this guy is coward. All animal abusers are cowards. Only a coward would brutalize something that is weaker and smaller than he is. That poor dog didn’t stand a chance.
Not all abused animals die at the hands of these cowards. A lot of them survive and often cower when you attempt to pet them or even go near them. It’s heartbreaking.
I’ll leave you with 2 pictures (courtesy of Fox 4) of the victim. Her name was Annie. God bless this beautiful, puppy girl.

I’m often saddened to hear that a child is missing or endangered. I’ve been following the case of little Caylee Anthony. The more I hear/read, the more it appears that Caylee might not be coming home. What’s worse, it also appears that her mother may have had something to do with her disappearance.
First of all, who doesn’t report their child missing? What's worse, Caylee’s mom isn’t the one who reported her missing. Her grandmother, Cindy Anthony, is the one who made the call. At the very least, tell me your child is important enough to report missing.
The main thing that I cannot get past is who would want to harm their own child, or any child for that matter? And WHY? When I see the pictures of that precious little girl with those big hazel eyes, I cannot fathom how ANYONE could harm her. I just don’t get it.
I’m not saying I KNOW Casey Anthony did something to her daughter. I hope she didn’t. However, the fact that she didn’t report her own daughter missing is disturbing and sad. She’s now saying that she knows where Caylee is in “her own way.” Whatever that means.
What do you think?

I look forward to watching Tell It To Tim on Friday mornings. However, I was appalled to hear someone say that Jessica Simpson “can’t sing.”
Perhaps some of you should get past her big blonde hair and Hollywood façade. Is she an award winning actress? Not even close. However, don’t EVER say that she can’t sing! The girl can sing her BLEEP off. You don’t have to “like her” , but it seems foolish to label her as someone who can’t sing.
Do you really think she had anything to do with Romo messing up last season? What about the season before? Oh, wait…that was probably Carrie Underwood’s fault, right? For the love of all that is holy, she is not “bad luck.” She’s there supporting her boyfriend. Just because she’s JESSICA SIMPSON, does not mean she has this incredible power to make the Dallas Cowboys lose. If that were the case, perhaps we would have won against the Patriots if she had been dating Tom Brady. Superstitions are novelty fun and not to be taken so seriously!
Am I saying you HAVE to like Jessica Simpson? No.
Am I saying you need to go out and buy her country album in September? No.
All I’m saying is don’t label her as a bad EVERYTHING…just because she’s dating Tony Romo and some fans have their own stupid superstitious beliefs!
I’m a huge Cowboys fan. I was pissed last season too! However, to blame it all on Jessica Simpson is nothing short of ludicrous!!
I’m sure some of you don’t care to here her sing, but here are clips of her singing, LIVE. I encourage you listen to them before labeling her as someone who can‘t sing. Again, this is not about liking her. You might not LIKE her or her kind of music, but have some respect…she’s one of the better singers out there.

*Begin Sarcasm*
Apparently the word “black” needs to be eliminated from our vocabulary. However, this only applies to you if you’re white(or your skin is any color other than black.) You see, this adjective is racist. Don’t even think about buying a black car, T.V or cell phone unless you have strictly positive things to say about these items. If you do have a negative remark, refrain from using the adjective, black.
I was scared of the dark as a child, it was PITCH BLACK. Does that make me racist?
*End Sarcasm*
I almost spit out my BLACK coffee when I heard this story on the news this morning! I’m a huge fan of “Tell It To Tim.” I’ve NEVER called though. However, I couldn’t resist calling when I heard this story.
John Wiley Price…Cry me a river, build a bridge and get over yourself. The comment was not in reference to race. Do you even realize what the term, “Black Hole” means? Read a book, look it up…something. No one owes you an apology. No one owes you anything. If anything, you owe an apology for the complete nonsense that came out of your mouth!
