If you people vote Liberal Obama, get used to the Legislature, Congress, rule of Law going out the window.  If you dont get want you want by votes or the way it is supposed to work, try the courts... let 7 people make laws and legislate from the bench.  Maybe we can get 7 people to make laws most dont want.  With 80 per cent of people not wanting Gay marriage, and 7 liberals do then it is law.  Maybe they can add $3.00 in taxes to a gallon of gas , curb free speech... hey, they can just make a ruling and it is law.  Is that the STATE or USA you want.?

Get used to it if Liberals take over... and load up alllll Federal benches.  This judges are Jimmy Carter appointees who border Marxist.  THink I read that these 7 get overturned like 70 per cent of the time where it is 2 per cent of the time in more Middle America districts.

I want rights for all, but Marriage is not a Civil rights thing.. Gay Marriage is a Life Style. Remember you get what you vote for... Obama will love this legislation by courts.

I wasnt for Ammendments to force no Gay marriage, but now, to send a message to the Liberal California judges, I am hoping the CA voters will make law in NOVEMBER nullifying this Judge Law.

Holy Matrimony 101... look it up.  See what that is... is isnt Gay activity.

BEWARE the Ides of Liberal- Marxist lawyers

If I'm not mistaken the Gay Marriage initiative was put to the voters of California and was shot down overwealmingly. But as with all other issues the will of the people was ignored and now it looks like gay marriage will happen here afterall.

Once again people, you do not live in a democracy anymore. 85% of the American people asked for no amnesty to illegals. They too are being totally ignored, and now that we live in a one party country things will only get worse.

All part of the plan for the North American Union and eventually one world government aka New World Order.

Just a reminder for everyone. The Senate will be voting on a new amnesty plan this coming Wednesday. It's hidden in an Iraq spending bill. You can go here to find out how to shut it down...

two republican judges helped pass this ..why?..could it be they know things are looking so bad for McCain here that they needed something to drive conservatives to the polls?..there will be an amendment that will repeal this debauchery and it will be on the ballot in November ..last time it won by 61-31%and while those people are there voting to change the constitution as it should be hey why not stop Obama too..quite a good move actually because McCain needs all the help he can get..

Time to invest in Pepto Bismo for the short run until we get to the polling places in June and November! And believe me, I'll end up doing what that puppet is doing above if I see the gays flaunting their "victory"! Debauchery makes me more than just sick!

Obama wont win but it will be fun. It is amazing how business folks like Speilberg and Others like Obama but I doubt I can get a job with them with no Experience but they want a guy with no experience for the Top job. amazing.

SAN FRANCISCO — More than half of Californians support a proposed ballot measure that would overturn a recent ruling that legalized same-sex marriage in the state, a poll has found.

Fifty-four percent of registered voters would back the measure, according to the survey by The Los Angeles Times and KTLA-TV. Thirty-five percent oppose the proposed measure, which is expected to be on the November ballot.

The measure, sponsored by a coalition of groups that favor traditional marriage, would define marriage as “between a man and a woman,” and effectively overturn a May 15 decision by the California Supreme Court that voided two state laws that forbade recognition of same-sex marriages. The poll, published on Friday, found 52 percent disagreed with that decision while 41 percent agreed.
