Hmmm imagine that!  The desk jockey, Valerie Plame has no case against Dick Cheney.  What's that?  Neither does her lying piece of excrement husband.  I'm cool.  Anyone else?

Check out the hatemail on the link - can't post it here - would be pretty pointless with all the bleeping.

Tuesday, August 12, 2008 A Bad Day for the Left Gets Worse: Plame Suit Dismissed

First, Michael Mukasey says there will be no prosecutions forthcoming in the Justice Department nonscandal, and now comes the delicious news that non-undercover CIA agent Valerie Plame has her bogus lawsuit against Vice President Cheney dismissed. A U.S. appeals court on Tuesday dismissed former CIA analyst Valerie Plame's lawsuit against Vice President Dick Cheney and several former Bush administration officials for disclosing her identity to the public.

The Court of Appeals in Washington dealt another setback to the former spy, who has said her career was destroyed when officials blew her cover in 2003 to retaliate against her husband, Iraq war critic Joseph Wilson.

Plame's outing led a lengthy criminal investigation, which resulted in the conviction of Cheney's top aide, Lewis "Scooter" Libby, for perjury and obstruction of justice.

President George W. Bush commuted Libby's 2 1/2-year prison sentence last year.

Plame and Wilson sought money damages from Cheney, Libby, former White House aide Karl Rove and former State Department official Richard Armitage for violating their constitutional free speech, due process and privacy rights.

But a three-judge panel of the appeals court upheld a federal judge's ruling that dismissed the couple's lawsuit.

The court ruled Cheney and the others were acting within their official capacity when they revealed Plame's identity to reporters.Expect another round of fawning interviews with the usual suspects for this annoying media wh0re and her two-bit fraud husband.

There were a bunch of political leftovers from previous administrations that had some bones to pick with the current administration. There is no question Plame and her lame husband (not literally lame, I wouldn't want to insult really lame people...)were simply trying to create political scenarios that would topple the power structure. Strangely enough, I thought that was what they were supposed to do in OTHER countries. Silly me.

She never had a case - she lied to Congress, she lied to the U.S., all of which was easily provable. She & her skank husband worked with the Dem party to pull a huge hoax in attempt to harm the U.S. and the presidency. They're the ones who need to be charge - with treason, perhaps.

In other words --to simplify things -- she is a Democrat

Thank you for the correction. If Bush sticks to his guns, I'd be willing to bet Libby is the first one that is pardoned when Bush leaves office. And maybe our two Border patrol agents can be pardoned as well.

All hail the fed. All hail the fed. Fed oo akbar. Fed oo akbar. Bush may pardon Libby, but I doubt very much he will pardon two lowly border gaurds. Libby's a good ol boy. The guards are no more than pawns. We are all no more than pawns to the fed. An annoying rabble that has to be tolorated untill after the electoins.

no, if Clinton's pardons are any indacation, you need to be a drug dealer or someone perpetuating some kind of fraud to be pardoned !!

I hope Bush pardons Ramos and Compean. I would support that far more than Clinton's BOUGHT pardons. What a sleezeball.
