I know there was a great deal of sentiment wanting the Saints to make it to the Super Bowl. But I think you should recall that there are stories that go along with every teams season. I was glad to see the Bears win over adversity. They didn't have the best defense in the league, didn't have the best offense and quite often their quarterback was floundering, but they stayed together as a team and made wins happen. That's what a good team does. The Saints will be back I am sure, but in the meantime GO BEARS!!!!!!!

I am right there with you. I am glad to see another person who was rooting for the Bears. I would love to see them win the Super Bowl.

I had no dog in the fight, really. My team didn't make the playoffs this year, but they'll be back, too.

I concur with your analysis of both Chicago and New Orleans, TTB. Well said! Both games were certainly entertaining. We can only hope the SuperBowl is equally competitive.

I am a teacher, a mother and wife and I like to think I am a pretty good citizen. I read ALOT. I also write a good deal on various blogs. I appreciate a chance to respond to what we see in the news. I think that by posting our opinions we can probably find that everyone is more alike than we are willing to admit. Face it, people just like to argue. I would also like to say how much I appreciate having a forum for my views.
