How About Those Cubbies?

Yeah yeah yeah, the Rangers are the home team and they are doing great too. And I understand why we see the Yankees when they are playing with the Rangers, but when the networks have two nationally televised game options, I wish once and awhile they would show the Cubs rather than the Yankees. I don't know if  you realize it, but there are LOTS of people from Chicago in the DFW area. In fact after Texas, the largest state contingent at SMU is from the Chicago area. So how about we at least divide up the games and show the Cubbies once and awhile. Heck, I don't even mind if you show them playing the Astros. If Mark Cuban is going to send money that way, you might as well let us know what he's doing during Mavericks' off season.

Well the Rangers have had 0 nationally televised games so i would not trade our one lonely game on ESPN for the Cubs. I'm pretty sure the Cubs have had way more than one nationally televised game.

But I do agree ESPN is biased its all about Boston and New York thats just the way it is though.

Looked up all of the Sunday night baseball games on ESPN this year and actually the Cubs have had 4 games and the Yankees have had 4.

I am a teacher, a mother and wife and I like to think I am a pretty good citizen. I read ALOT. I also write a good deal on various blogs. I appreciate a chance to respond to what we see in the news. I think that by posting our opinions we can probably find that everyone is more alike than we are willing to admit. Face it, people just like to argue. I would also like to say how much I appreciate having a forum for my views.
