Corruption within government? Now thats something new. Im still wondering what people are thinking about FEMA operated concentration camps, sorry, 'civilaian labor camps' poping up all over America that come complete with rail access, barbed-wire fencing/guard towers, gas chambers and furnaces. What do you think? Is it time to wake up and start thinking for ourselves or is it more of a sign to go back to sleep and let our government keep 'on track' with operations like this? I say we wait untill the buses coming from NO at the Border and tell them we dont need no more of their low life theives in our state and send them back to NO.It will be the same crap that went on after katrina hit they will come here and Live off us again.and we dont need NO Trash here we have enough of our own!!!!!

FEMA is in place all along the coast. Bobby Jindal has been in touch since the storm entered the radars last week. Ray Nagin is sitting around like Rapunzel waiting for some prince with a big hunk of money to rescue the same people who simply rebuilt in the world's worst flood plain. Why are they building again in an area that has flooded countless times before Katrina and will flood again countless times before the world ends? Nagin didn't even follow his own city council's emergency plan and hid in a hotel out of contact with emergency teams. The man is the epitome of a political opportunist.

PS. I am far more worried about the folks in southern Mississippi and Alabama who DID get hounded and scraped to the ground last time. NOLA was the squeaky wheel and got all the attention, but areas to the east got far worse such as flattening of the entire population for a mile deep storm surge.

Funny we have not heard any stories about Bas tards living in MISS and Al pilaging the countryside. My dad delivered to MISs and said the people waited patiently in line for supplies where he was.
