Now people go into stores, like lets say get a hot cup of coffee and drive and spill it on themselves and the courts rule its the companies fault

Every single product we have now says things on the label like:

So why is it when someone does something  that seems so obviously wrong like going around a crossing guard why all of sudden cause its THE PEOPLE VS. THE GOVERNMENT, THEN THIS TIME ITS THE PERSON WHO IS HELD RESPONSIBLE?

Instead of gates coming down why not have those spikes come up out of the ground

Isnt a tire ripped not as bad as a life being taken?

How come the trains dont slow down to 1 mph at crossing and have "bumpers" that would have people or cars bounce off of them?

I mean the Government has auto companies run through hoops lest they be held responsible

And people arent even allowed to sue sme who do them wrong YET THE GOVERNMENT is given immunity

They can and in fact do hire some of the most dimwitted blokes out there and to support my argument, therefore acknowledge that statement by making them immune to RESPONSIBILITY

If they arent stealing our money or giving out false ss#'s

or changing grades, or coddling the criminal, or punishing the good students, or brining in sub teachers that must be pulled from a Home Depot parking lot, or giving money away to their friends, or violating ethical commonsense rules like THEY WERE THE 1ST GRADERS, your publicly funded schools have DEVOLVED, NOT EVOLVED.

They have reverted to Neanderthal mentality from the top on down where the good teachers, good students get beaten up by the hunched back Huntsville bound rejects of society.

Therefore, they must want to teach evolution only as they are proud of their family tree

Like I stated before, the Insider trading laws are catagorically wrong and in fact anti American used to fool the "average person" into thinking the government is somehow keeping those "bad wealthy" people ( sounds like the typical Obama speech ) in check.

There should be no such thing as Insider Trading laws.

W/O those laws it could then be public information ( via by-laws of the company itself) immediatley what a board member is doing allowing the public to decide FOR THEMSELVES WHAT ACTIONS TO TAKE OR NOT

These laws shield the board members so they can move w/o the publics knowledge and for a public compnay that is morally wrong

Some of the numbers were real Social Security numbers already assigned to people elsewhere. And in some cases, the state's educator certification office unknowingly used the bogus numbers to run criminal background checks on the new hires, most of whom were brought in to teach bilingual classes.

The practice was described in an internal report issued in September by the district's investigative office, which looked into the matter after receiving a tip. The report said the Texas Education Agency learned of the fake numbers in 2004 and told DISD then that the practice "was illegal."

Valentina Inc. alleges that Vernita Lee of Milwaukee racked up $155,547 in purchases and interest as of July 1. The company sued, saying Lee fell behind in minimum monthly payments of $2,000.

Lee filed a counterclaim Friday contending that Valentina took advantage of her "lack of knowledge, ability, and-or capacity" when creating her credit account.
