The Dallas city zoo has decided NOT to send off thier "PRIZE" elephant , possibly "ONLY" elephant  because no one wants it ? So on second thought the city zoo decides to give its elephant a 40 million dollar habitat !!!!!  40 million dollars ! Isnt that what Jed Clampetts Beverly Hills mansion cost ????????  Dallas Texas is NOT a finacially responsible city ! Financially or even other wize responsible for its leadership is always in a "MONEY CRUNCH" !!!!!!!!! This 40 million dollars could go towards "HUMAN NEEDS PROGRAMS" !!!!!!! BUT it wont ........because the leadership is as "FOULED" AS ITS  IDEAS OF PROSPERITY !!!!!!!!! Dallas is broke !!!!!!! So what does it do ?????? "PRETEND THAT BROKE IS A "STATE OF MIND" !!!!!!! This mornings Barron James blog segment Barron went over some of the responses on the blog site about ceasar chavez. Many if not all of the replies were absolutely right. One even mentioned that the spokesman for lulac (a rascist org) Threatened violence against Dallas residents if chavez didnt have a street named for him.  Now Chavez had nothing to do with the building of Dallas so why take away a street named after someone who did ? That Beltline and D.N.Pkwy is a prime example of why the state of Texas cannot build roadways wide enough, long enough, fast enough to handle the traffic flow of mostly single, empty, one driver/occupant vehicles. Cause nobody in Texas can drive a car or truck in this state. I swear nobody can respect and be conscience of others when people drive thier cars and trucks in Dallas ! What is really bothering this councilman about these Garage sells is the fact that those people who put up the "SIGNS" dont go back and pick up those signs. So this councilman wants to put an end to garage sells because of that. There you have it people, "FREEDOM" UNTILL IT BEGINS TO BUGG SOMEONE" .....GUESS THIS COUNCILMAN NEEDS TO BE FULLFILLED !!!!!
