I suppose if You are an immigrant You can kill someone, and know that You will live off taxpayers fro the rest of your life. Might as well pass a law, saying if you murder people, and You are an immigrant, you will go to jail for awhile.

HUNTSVILLE, Texas -- Attorneys for an illegal immigrant from Honduras say his inability to get legal help from his government following his arrest for killing a Dallas-area store manager during a robbery should keep him from a scheduled trip to the Texas death chamber.
Lawyers said Heliberto Chi, who was set to die Thursday evening, was denied rights given to foreigners under international treaty.
It's the second death penalty case this week in the nation's most active capital punishment state to focus on diplomatic issues.

Just finished my dessert for after dinner, a delicious chocolate "Waky" cake , mixed and baked all in one pan, and needs no milk or eggs! also made some chocolate icing.. Hmmm is there a full moon going on ? I have a need for chocolate!
The meatloaf is in the oven now. Guess I will have mashed potatoes, and some salad or something to go along with it .
Will take a shower put on my "Diva" jewlery, ( thanks 2 tickets), and settle down for a nice relaxing dinner and quiet night.. Listen to some of the oldies music ,sent to me from Dallas. Flip through old scrap books, and remember of friends and family.
I was doing that last night ,and found a letter from Nancy Reagan, an autograph from Lane Frost, my drivers Ed certificate from 67, and a picture of me and my best friends, with Timmy Rooney(Mickey's son) think that was like 1964, boy do I feel old!
I am really trying to get lost in thought from all the crazy things people do, Like the girl in Florida that doesn't know where her daughter is.
Like the baby that was mauled by a dog because the 17 yr old mother was sleeping.
The mexican that should have been injected yrs ago for killing 2 girls.
Sometimes I just want happy news.

Now we have a Hollywood star in the Elephant debate. I suppose she is with PETA.
I don't beleive the elephant should go to Mexico. I would like to see the elphant exhibit here made larger, and other elephants brought in, but since I have no say, next best thing send her to a sanctuary here in the states.
Does anyone know there is an Elephant sanctuary in Arkansas?

The city of Dallas is giving in.
After all the Hoopla over the renaming of Industrial Blvd.
The city council, is considering changing the name of Ross, or Field St.(one or the other), to Ceasar Chavez .
I still have no idea what Ceasar Chavez has to do with Dallas. He was big in California, helping the farm workers. Do we have Farm Workers here in Dallas?
Seems to me if they were going to name a street in Dallas, to honor someone Hispanic, they would find someone that has done something for Dallas.
Does anyone know that Ceasar was against illegal immigration?

From an e-mail sent to me,
---------------------------------------------------
---------------------------------------------
My husband, being unhappy with my mood swings,
bought me a mood ring the other day so he would be
able to monitor my moods.
We've discovered that when I'm in a good mood, it
turns green. When I'm in a bad mood, it leaves a
big frickin red mark on his forehead.
Maybe next time he'll buy me a diamond.
Dumb ass.

Just a question....
Does one have to use antifreeze during warm months?
Since it is called antifreeze, isn't it for when the freezing temperatures are going on?
As long as the car has water in the system won't it keep cool?

A woman is arrested for using a fake social security ID, trying to get employment at a hospital.
Turns out she was an illegal.
Now the same ole groups, are saying she was set up, that the hospital is not the immigration service, and should not have contacted the police.
I myself always had to ask for a social security card (paper not in plastic) and a driver's license, or valid state ID or green card, if they were eligible to work in the US.
So should we not ask for ID's for legal ID's ? Especially in a hospital,
This also brings up something I keep wondering about. Why do they not do TB testing anymore? I remember as a child we had them done in school. With all the immigration going on why isn't theis done as part of the school shot programs?

I have yet to watch the Wendy Williams show, and yet I get stuck with seeing it on Extra, since it was on that channel when I walked in the room.
Why do Networks think these 2 loudmouthed people are worth having on TV?
Omarosa is just an angry woman and Wendy I never heard of till all of a sudden she was on TV. 3I guess I am getting to old for loudmouth and brash talk shows.
I saw a snipet of the so called "Cat fight", and thought no wonder girls act like they have no morals.

A lady about 8 months pregnant got on a bus. She noticed the man opposite her was smiling at her. She immediately moved to another seat. This time the smile turned into a grin, so she moved again. The man seemed more amused. When on the fourth move, the man burst out laughing, she complained to the driver and he had the man arrested.
The case came up in court.
The judge asked the man (about 20 years old) what he had to say for himself.
The man replied, "Well your Honor, it was like this, when the lady got on the bus, I couldn't help but notice her condition.
She sat down under a sign that said, 'The Double Mint Twins are coming' and I grinned.
Then she moved and sat under a sign that said, ' Logan 's Liniment will reduce
the swelling,' and I had to smile.
Then she placed herself under a deodorant sign that said, "William's Big Stick Did the Trick," and I could hardly contain myself.
But, Your Honor, when She moved the fourth time and sat under a sign that said, 'Goodyear Rubber could have prevented this Accident'...
I just lost it."
"CASE DISMISSED!!"

I'm upset, and I don't even drink much.
An american Icon has been taken over by a Belgium Brewery.
Anheuser-Busch, the maker of Budweiser and Bud Light, has agreed to a takeover by a giant Belgian brewer, a union that creates a global beer leader and brings to an end one of the most iconic names in American business.
The board of directors of Anheuser-Busch Cos. Inc. on Sunday accepted a sweetened $52 billion takeover offer from Belgian brewer InBev SA, according to a joint press release.
A sad day...
I was born and raised in St.Louis,
Whatever will happen to the American Eagle logo?
Will the Clydesdales be replaced by Belgium Drafthorses?

I love my country and the right we have to fly OUR flag...
The HOA telling the homeowner to take down his flag, because he didn't ask permission just infuriates me.
First of all I dislike HOA's..why peple live where they have others telling them how to live, amazes me..don't their cities have codes, and people that check to see if they are enforced? Why the American flag is an issue anywhere, is beside me as well.
I hope the gentleman holds to His rights.

Is anyone watching "America Got Talent"?
There was a dance group on last night, 22 kids from Texas is what I heard, and the Choreographer is a guy named Justin.
He looks like the kid that lived down the street, from me here in Mesquite.
Way back whe the kids were in school, He was helping the girls with cheer leading, and dance moves for their drills.
I am hoping this is the kid and his troop, theywere great, and set on to the semi finals in Vegas.
