I suppose if You are an immigrant You can kill someone, and know that You will live off  taxpayers fro the rest of your life. Might as well pass a law, saying if you murder people, and You are an immigrant, you will go to jail for awhile.

HUNTSVILLE, Texas  --  Attorneys for an illegal immigrant from Honduras say his inability to get legal help from his government following his arrest for killing a Dallas-area store manager during a robbery should keep him from a scheduled trip to the Texas death chamber.

 

Lawyers said Heliberto Chi, who was set to die Thursday evening, was denied rights given to foreigners under international treaty.

It's the second death penalty case this week in the nation's most active capital punishment state to focus on diplomatic issues.

Did you notice how after Medillin was executed, now another illegal is playing the "I couldn't contact my embassy" as an excuse. Well the guy he killed didn't get a chance to say goodbye to his wife and kids. So I guess that makes them even.

I'd be a neo-Joe Arpaio. Afetr he's dead, put him in front of a firing squad and then hang him. No mercy is due where no mercy was shown. I've had my fill of these thugs.

I am considered a Senior, by A.A.R.P. Have traveled all over this country and lots of Europe. Raised 4 kids with no help from the Gov't. Love dogs and cats and horses, and all creatures, great and small I try to be nice to A/all Lived through the 50's and 60's, and survived.
