The Supreme Court Decision: Ignores Militia Part of Sentence

Are these Supreme Court Justices afraid of Universal Military Training for their kids?  That's why they chose to not deal with well regulated militia part of the sentence?  That's what I call anti-WMI, pro-WMD.

Nope sorry but you're wrong.The militia part was just an afterthough.Sort of like when i say "A hand grenade,which looks like a pineapple,is dangerous when thrown."

Now what was the sentence about?Pineapples or grenades?

Truth is it is you whop have overlooked the fact that all rights in the Bill of Right apply to individuals.If the 2nd applies only to states then so does the 1st and 3rd and 4th etc......

Something else they didn't ignore,and which you do,were the writings of the founding fathers regarding the exact meaning of the 2nd.

If you mean Alexander Hamilton who is the one that I've read started the whole Federalist Papers thinking, then he did kill himself to protect his right to have a gun.

I bet you are against Universal Military Training as a 2 year extension to Public School education.

I agree with Hamilton that there should never bee a free standing army during peacetime and that a well armed militia(private citizens with guns)are the best defense against one.
