Gangs = Militia KKK in Black? Red? Yellow? White?

Suppose all the smart neighborhood kids started forming militia instead of gangs?  What's to stop them?  All the gangs take on new names using the word "militia"?  I don't know why they aren't smart enough to do that.  It's so easy.  The Supreme Court says that's not important at all.  Just an after thought.  Yet it exists in the USCode.  Instead of Capo, we have General of the Militia.  Isn't that innovative enough for y'all?   Who says I don't have imagination?  I think drugs are clouding the brains of the USA.  We could start in kindergarten, couldn't we?  Kids are individualists and they can regulate themselves can't they?  
Don't you think we better have Universal Military Training real quicklike?  Getting to look more like  Iraq under Hussein aren't we?

Do you take Lithium?
Just wondering what you think about it. Does it work for you?

No but my husband did. It made him much kinder. He has blazing green eyes. What he did was take lithium the week before his monthly visit to his psychiatrist to so he could keep his mental disability pension. I looked up at him 6 months after he started taking it and I said "Irv, you know your eyes are much kinder when you are on lithium. Why don't you stay on it?' He said "I don't want to have kind eyes. I want to have blazing eyes to be a lawyer." He passed #1 in the Maryland Bar, IIRC, 1961. He also had permission to have a gun but he had to get permission from the Maryland police to access his gun in a lockbox. I have the letter asking for the permission. They said "No". He beat me up 2 months later. I guess you would to wouldn't you;) Then after I was single, I attended a lecture at NASM on discovering new stars. Turns out it's the amount of lithium in star that helps determine age. I have more experiences but I don't want to hurt anyone. In case you're interested, I have documentation from 4 brain exams in 4/2001 when Al Quaida tried to kill me:). The surgeon told me I was ;really normal. One thing that has helped my mental condition is finally getting evidence of QV16.

Notice this in USC 10 311? Seems silly to me.
The classes of the militia are - (1) the organized militia, which consists of the National Guard and the Naval Militia; and (2) the unorganized militia, which consists of the members of the militia who are not members of the National Guard or the Naval Militia.
