Demonizing Oil . . . . . that is what we have from our 'elected elite's, most of whom are liberal Democrats. I don't actually believe they are as ignorant or stupid as they sound (not all anyway). But they certainly behave as if they are.
Surely they know, in all their 'elected elite' wisdom that there are more than 300 products which come from oil. We can not, will not and should not, "get over our addiction to oil", unless we're going to be forced to live in the 1201 AD again. And, by the way 'elected elite' ones, oil is a natural product produced from the earth itself.

Do these brilliant ones expect us, or will they demand us, do without these products?!: plastics, gasoline, anti antibiotics, umbrellas, boats, carpet, battery's, cosmetic, credit cards, deodorant, detergents, diapers, glass, wiring, fishing lines, food package, glue, hearing aids, ink, insecticides, nail polish, perfume, shampoo, shoes, yarn. As I said, just a few of the products products.

And why does our government want to end and demonize a legitimate, productive private business such as oil companies? Companies who's "profits" support many families or workers, 401 K plans, retirement/pension, health benefit plans and the stock market. To "save the world", as Democrat Pelosi in all her glorious stupidly said. NO, but to gain governmental control.

This is beyond foolish. Beyond stupid. It borders on evil. The same sort of evilness that came from Nazi's Germany.

Drill. Drill NOW and drill everywhere - and allow Americans and American productivity, liberty and success continue into the future.

A Pakistan woman, Aafia Siddiqui, who graduated from MIT in Massachusetts, is being charged with attempted murder and assaulting U.S. military officers and employees in Afghanistan. (She) is married to the nephew of the al Qaeda mastermind behind the 2001 terror attacks in the U.S Ms. Siddiqui was extradited Monday from Pakistan to the U.S., where she has lived in the past. She was arrested July 17 by police in Ghazni province, Afghanistan" (foxnews.com)
Siddiqui has been sought by the FBI for several years for terrorist activities.

How foolish of this country to continue to allow these mid Easterners to come to the this country for "education" or under any other guise.
And how foolish to extradite this woman here for trial.
Send her to Gitmo or let the military handle this terrorist, before the liberal lawyers here, find a way to set her free and blame Bush for any of her 'misconstrued' deeds.

In March of 2004, a religion reporter for the Chicago Sun-Times, columnist Cathleen Falsani, met with Sen. Barack Hussein Obama in Chicago for an interview. In the interview she asked Obama if he believed in "sin" and to "define it". Barack's answer was, sin is "being out of alignment with my (personal) values".

Jonah Goldberg of USA Today, wrote, "For the record, sin isn't being out of alignment with your own values (if it were, Hannibal Lecter wouldn't be a sinner because his values hold that it's OK to eat people) nor is it being out of alignment with Obama's — unless he really is our Savior."

I completely agree with Mr. Goldberg's assessment. This statement from Obama is another spotlight into his soul. I find it almost inconceivable to believe any Christian could make such a ridiculous statement. . . any Christian would have to know that sin IS whatever God Himself calls sin - NOT our own personal evaluations which will negate the will and mandate of God. In fact, what Obama said reflects how any, and most unbelievers, would define "sin".
This has little to do with his candidacy for President since his 'followers' have little concerns regarding 'religion', but it does show the mental vacuous and the "audacity of ignorance" of this man.

Have you heard the mantra from our 'informed holy elite leaders'? They have informed all of us ignorant citizens, that "We can't drill our way out of the oil problem"?
Oh really? Then they need to tell a starving person, they can't eat their way out of starvation. They need to tell the person dying of thirst, they can't drink their way out of their problem.

This is what we keep hearing from the brilliant elite elected ones.
NO need for that nasty oil; we don't need it; more oil won't solve the problem. The only response to that has to be, "woe, dude, you're stupid!"

Our communist leader on the Democrat side, Nancy Pelosi, went so far as to DENY discussion on drilling for oil by shutting down the House floor, ordering the lights turned out, microphones turned off and CSpan turned OFF. This is against the 'rules', but hey, Nanny Pelosi only hears HER voice. Not the voice of the people. NOT the other Representative, many of whom are Dems, who wanted to vote on drilling. Nope, Nanny made that decision.... her private jet was waiting after all.
