Their sale starts Friday at 5:00am. Though they have some great items like a Magellan Roatmate 1212 portable GPS for $79.99(5 per store), A PS3 80gb game system with 2 games included for $399.99(16 per store) and assorted Nintendo Wii games for $9.99.  Their best deal by far is an HP G50-104NR laptop with 3 in 1 Cannon printer for $349.98(8 per store). So we then headed to see what Toys R Us had to offer. Their sale is Fri & Sat and we found a Sony PSP bundle with 1 game and a screen protector and road kit for $199.95 and a Magellan Roadmate 1200 GPS for $99.00. Their black friday deal that is available from 5am-1pm is a 16gb Ipod Nano for $199.00 and you revieve a $50.00 TRU gift card with purchase. The best deals in our opinion were at Wal-mart. Their sale starts Friday at 5:00am as well, and they have tons of great deals starting with a Samsung 10.2mp digital camera for $69.00, a Garmin 3.5 Nuvi 200 GPS for $97.00 and a Sansui 19? LCD HDTV for $178.00. If those werent good enough deals for you, we saved the best for last!! They will be having an Xbox 360 bundle that we think people will be lining up for as soon as they are finished with their turkey Thursday afternoon!!! The bundle comes with the Xbox 360 game system SuperStar Tennis and 5 other arcade games Plus Guitar Hero 3 game and wireless guitar controller all for an incrediblely low $199.00!!! With all of these deals to be had its hard to decide where to go first. My advice from previous experience is to plan to camp out. I thought the Jonas Brothers were on top of the world? Why do they need to sell their blog site? It might sound kinda weird, but its true. www.JonasBrothersBlog.com is for sale, and just in time for Christmas too!! However, the site has no affiliation with the Jonas Brothers in any way form or fashion. It is actually a blog-fansite that is owned and maintained by a dad and his 12 and 13 year old daughters out of Mesquite, Tx.  The site is fairly new, but through good SEO it has already rocketed to the tops of the search engines in its short lifespan. Search google, yahoo or AOL and you will see. It gets 1rst page search results under many Jonas related keywords like “jonas brothers blog” “jonas vlog” and “jonas message board” to name a few. Their website is now steadily getting 300-500 visitors a day and still growing. The family does not want to sell the site. They said “it has been a fun learning and bonding experience developing and maintaining  it, but due to tough financial times we have to consider letting it go”. So if you really want to hook that Jonas Brothers fan up for Christmas this year, this might be the thing for you. Put this hot pr1 site under your tree this holiday season!!

Have you ever heard the term regifting? I am sure you have, you have even probablly regifted or been the victim of regifting. It can be tricky to pull it off with out getting caught or hurting anyones feelings, until now that is. A new website www.RegiftOnline.com claims to have solved the regifting dilemma just in time for the 2008 holiday season. The site has a forum section that is designed to help you in turning that unwanted gift into something you want for yourself or someone else!! Without the fear of being caught by your family or friends that gave you the gift. Site owner Daniel Sias says “The best way to pull off a successful regifting is to get the gift out of the immediate circle of friends that the gift came from”. He also added “Our site provides the perfect medium to do so, and it is totaly free”. The site also provides hot gift ideas in hopes to help the gifts you give this year from being regifted, and they are working on a featured items section for their home page as well. The site is definitely still in its beginning stages, but it seems to have great potential to take off this Holiday season

This is a video we had to put together for a press packet for our Olympic Disc Golf petition tour. www.DiscGolfBuzz.com held their first ever live Olympic Disc Golf petition signing Saturday at the Mesquite Open Disc Golf doubles tournament. According to site owner Dan Sias it was a huge success. He said ” we felt like we were welcomed with open arms”. He also added ” Josh Dann of www.Titledisc.com as well as all of the people that turned out supported us 100%”. They yeilded a modest amount of signatures, but their hope is it will only get bigger and better as the word spreads and they get money raised to head to bigger Disc Golf venues. Mr. Sias is awaiting official word about how many signatures will be required for the sports consideration. Until then their plan is to hit tournaments and courses around their area for signatures and to spread the word about their online petitions too. So if you are a fan of Disc Golf, Disk Golf, Frisbee Golf or even Frolf you might want to get behind these guys. Their plan is a great chance for exposure and source of promotion for the game.

Are you ready for some disc golf? This weekend is the big Mesquite Open Disc Golf tournament at Paschall park in Mesquite,TX. It will be the first Disc Golf tournament ever for the city. It starts on Saturday 10-25-08 8:30am-5:00pm with last minute sign in and doubles practice runs.Then the actual tournament is on Sunday starting at 7:00am for warm-ups and player meeting with the first rounds starting at 9:00am. Also to add to the firsts for this weekend, be sure to look for www.DiscGolfBuzz.com on Saturday, a new disc golf promotion website that is the home of the “Get Disc Golf into the Olympics” online petitions. The site is kicking off their “Support our Sport” campaign, and have picked this tournament to debut their real edition of the Olympic Disc golf petition. This will be their first of many real petition signings planned. Everyone is welcome to stop by their table and sign. This looks to be the Disc Golf event of the weekend, so make plans to be there.

Disc Golf in the Olympics??
It might sound a little far fetched I know. The fact is it is very possible, and there couldnt be a better time to get the ball rolling? Disc golf has grown to be an internationally played sport. I have already ran into many doubters in my efforts to spread the online "Get Disc golf into the Olympics" petition. (www.petitiononline.com/discgolf) I have gotten banned from many forums and censored at others. I wont name them, but they are suposedlly disc golf sites. You would think they would support their sport!! Anyway, I have gotten many replys that their are not enough countries involved in the sport to even have it considered. Well I researched it and found a list of current established courses around the world at www.DiscGolfDirectory.com. I counted 19 countries other than the U.S including Japan with 36 courses, Switzerland with 20, Austrailia with 9 and Germany with 8 just to name a few. So participation and competition would be no problem. The IOC has two spots open to discuss comming up sometime in 2009. Disc golf is booming like never before. Is it possible that it is the golf of the future? Head out to any course and you will see. It can even be on a weekday. The place will be packed with players of all sizes,shapes,ages and genders. With equipment sales at an all time high, and parks going in all across the world. It is safe to say the sport is heading in the right direction. Disc golf has everything you could ask from a sport. It is a family friendly game. You can get the kiddos or the wife involved. It also involves alot of walking. So you get plenty of exercise. It is an inexpensive game. With disc's costing anywhere from $6.99-$14.99 on average, and there are no greens course fees. Which is very important, especially in tough economic times like these. Disc Golf is also just an all around fun game that can be addicting from your first drive(throw).
