So Obama thinks that small town (white) America is afraid of people that don't look like them, and are afraid of the "way things are changing" and that they are anti illegal immigration because they are afraid of them.

This guy is a racist moron. Him, his wife, his preachers and his staff all need to go back to where they came from - perhaps under a rock - and stop insulting regular Joe and Jane Americans.

A vote for Obama is a vote for a racist.

He has shown his true colors, thats for sure.
We need someone in government to understand that we are mad about our government officials selling us out. Not someone who acts like there is no problem other than us!

He wasn't talking about race. His quote was about jobs leaving and not being replaced by new industries. He said when that happens people get bitter.

I suppose he thinks people should be delighted when there jobs are outsourced or estatic when illegal drug crazed killers come into our towns and rape, pillage, plunder and murder us?
People are not 'bitter' they are fed up with it.

No, he was stereotyping everyone who wants this BLEEP fixed as being stupid.....being afraid of change.....not ALL change is good. He is just a typical democrat. Putting down Americans who believe in God and the 2nd amendment. His name calling might just cause him to have to swallow a 'bitter' pill.

I read his speech and didn't see him calling anybody anything.

"You go into these small towns in Pennsylvania and, like a lot of small towns in the Midwest, the jobs have been gone now for 25 years and nothing's replaced them. And they fell through the Clinton Administration, and the Bush Administration, and each successive administration has said that somehow these communities are gonna regenerate and they have not."

"And it's not surprising then they get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who aren't like them or anti-immigrant sentiment or anti-trade sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations."

There is no problem with the climate that cutting the human population in half would not solve.
