I could not believe what I was reading...that so called "mom" did it again.....while she napped...that little girl got out again...and it doesn't sound like they removed this child from this woman!!! Next time it may have a different tragic ending and then there will be fundraisers to help the family and then the lawsuits will follow.....someone please step up and make this woman answer for her misdeeds....I'll bet she is on every give away there is and what is she doing....NAPPING!!!!  She needs to get a job because that baby will be better off on day care.

The case has been referred to CPS but, more than likely nothing will be done.

Sorry luv..didn't see your post ...but how can we bloggers see the injustice here ...what don't we know? Why wasn't the child removed?

I couldn't believe my eyes when I brought up the site! I had to read the headline a couple times.

The case was referred to CPS the first time. That there should have caused the mother to have some concern and made sure her daughter couldn't get out again.

When will she wake up? After someone hits her in the street? After a predator gets hold of her?

Lock the mother up for child endangerment before the kid winds up dead.

They should have TOOK the child the first time. Straight to the station and made her go look for her child.
Makes me wonder whether she would have reported her missing.
She did not even look worried the first time.

CPS will not do anything unless they see some form of abuse or what they consider, neglect in the home when they go out to visit her.

Case will be closed.

I totally agree. If it were me, they wouldn't think twice about snatching my kids right out of my house!!!! Get a clue CPS. Do they need help down there or what I just don't get it. I have three of my own and NEVER have they EVER gotten out of my house and into traffic. Hello!!! Baby proof the house duh!!!

Something weird is going on with this child. Why was the door unlocked and open? Why was the mother asleep and not checking on her child? Why did it take 45 minutes AGAIN for her to be found? Something smells here.

Sounds like the mother's trying to do away with her child, but doesn't want the crime on her head.

Person like that shouldn't have children to begin with.

Can't exactly write in here what it smells like. I'm sure you all can figure that one out on your own. How hard can it be to put a slide lock up too high for her to reach it? Good Lord!1 Like I said before , CHILD PROOF THE HOUSE!!!!!!!!

HELLO! CPS where are you? This child needs to be taken away from this mother.That will give her more time for her beauty sleep.Besides why was she asleep so late knowing that she has a 2yr that needs her attention.Yep..I agree something sure STINKS in this matter.

I just cant believe the Mother was napping and that little girl got out again......I agree with all who says CPS should remove that Child From that Lazy azz so called Mother.She must be just leaving the Door open and the screen un locked for that Child to get out.All i can say is "YOU CANT FIX STUPIDDDDDDDDD"

I couldn't believe it either. There are too many people out there who think that giving birth is all there is to parenting. That's the easy part compared to what you have to do & be ready for afterwards. I remember going around like a zombie at times (anyone have a colicky baby?) & was barely able to stand up straight, yet I made sure my children were safe. If I felt I was at the end of my rope, I asked for help.

Everybody here cares..seems like we worry more about this child then the SO CALLED MOTHER.Maybe she wasn't happy about her child being saved because she has to try AGAIN !!
