The first rumblings of thunder have begun here in Valley Ranch, and it is LOUD! Sadly, the radar shows almost nothing. If that's any indication on what we're in for later tonight, then I'm scared!

Blowing bubbles in the bathtub

We're in the Valley Ranch area of Irving. We just got out of our bathroom, where we were "hiding" with our two year old, listening the the weather band and blowing bubbles in the bathtub! Gotta keep him entertained somehow! We had some smallish hail and a lot of fast flooding rain, but the worst seems to have passed. The tornado sirens are no longer going off. I hope that was our excitement for the night. You can only blow so many bubbles in the bathtub for a two year old!
