Now you can not smoke in bars.  I do not smoke but to stop smoking in bars is bad.  4 judges in Cal. can stomp on a vote "of the people" and make up what ever law they want, this is bad.  The war is bad.  and shut up about you cant support the troops if you dont support the war.  The troops should not have to pay taxes for the rest of there life. I know i just jump all over the place when i talk but that is how it comes out of my head.  You need to get a gun permit before the goverment takes that from us also.  O not the goverment but 4 judges that we did not get to vote on.  If we are so worried about Obama putting 5 new sepreme court judges in, then let them retire now so bush can put in his choice of 5 new ones.  I dont think it will make a differance.  o well back to work

My BF and I smoke, and there are a few restaurants here you can smoke in....we do not go to those you cannot smoke in.

We oder our cigs from out of state and do not pay state taxes on them. If everyone did that...well, you get the picture. I save 15 bucks a carton and BF saves 8 bucks a carton.

We rarely go to movies, as we can rent one, smoke out of state cigs, and drink beer without anyone bitching and moaning about the smoke.

The states/government are just screwing themselves, IMHO.

It is called incrementalism. Apathetic citizens do nothing about these laws, courts usurping the will of the people, etc. Then it happens more often to the point people just throw their hands up and say, "Screw it."

If someone wants to smoke, they should have that right, but don't blow that smoke in my face. I have been around smokers my entire life, and I just can't see the problem with smoking. As long as it is not blown directly and intentionally in my direction, I am fine with it.

I don't smoke either but why not allow it? The gays are screaming for their rights and the court caves in to pressure. Why not smokers too?

OMG I am so sick of this politically correct crap I could just..ughh..light up a cigarette,scream at the illegals and blow my smoke up a politicians azz!I wish the Government would just clean up their freakin act and leave our rights the heck alone!
Sorry I ranted but after leaving comments on the Mexicans post and having that stupid azz Gurkha blast me I just want to bite thru a bullet or something lol.Gosh dang it(trying not to cuss)!

Could it be because smoking kills and homosexuality does not?
