In this video, John Stossel basically makes liars (or at least complete idiots) out of anyone who believes that gun control laws reduce gun violence.

As with most liberal ideas, they might seem like common sense (to a 1st grader), but after thinking about it for a few seconds, most clear thinking people see the flaws.

Gun control doesn't work.  In fact, you're actually safer if more guns are in the hands of law abiding citizens.

Watch it.

Former Senator, and hopefully Presidential Candidate, Fred Thompson has responded to Michael Moore's challenge to a health care debate.  Check out the video.

It's priceless, and just one more example of why I like the calm, wisdom of Senator Thompson.  I sure hope he decides to get in the race.

Jerry Falwell died today, and Liberals jumped all over it.  It's like they get giddy when someone they don't like dies.

If you consider yourself to be a liberal, just read some of these replies & ask yourself these questions, "If I'm liberal, and they're liberal, what does that say about me?"  "If my judgement is the same as theirs about so many issues, and they are so incredibly uncompassionate, what does that say about me?"

If you’re like me, you see Tom Cruise’s smile and John Travolta crying uncontrollably on Oprah, and there’s that little voice inside that says, “Something just ain’t right there.”  Or, if you’re from the north, “Something isn’t right with that guy.”

They are both outspoken followers of Scientology, but most of us have no idea what that’s all about.

Leave it to the folks at South Park to let us in on the beliefs of this cult.

What do you do when you enjoy the support of a bunch of idiots, like the Truthers (the one's who think the U.S. had something to do with 9/11) crowd?

Sooner or later, aren't you going to have to either announce that you agree with them or that you don't?

John Edwards has already been confronted with that issue, and it's coming for the rest of the anti-war libs.  Just wait and see, and enjoy it.

Came across this petition with the following text included, to be sent to Speaker Pelosi:

"Your actions have already emboldened the enemy. Violent jihadists now know that the elected leadership of Congress would undermine the troops by holding their funding hostage to demands for surrender.

"This Congress would bring us back to the dark days of the 1970s, when the world doubted our staying power. Except only much worse. Withdraw in April 2008, and on May 1, Iraq becomes an unchecked den of terrorism at the heart of the Middle East -- a new base for the same people that struck our homeland on September 11th."

Sign it if you want your voice heard.

Wisconsin state regulartors, under the leadership of Democratic Governor, Jim Doyle, have ordered a gas station owner to raise his gas prices.

Keep this in mind the next time you hear a Democrat complain about the rising cost of oil.

What would you do if you say you support the troops, but then find out the troops you say you're supporting want you to support their mission?

That's the position of Congressional Democrats, when they receive the "An Appeal For Courage" petition signed by the troops themselves, 60% of which are currently or have already served in Iraq or Afghanistan.

What would you do?  Can you still say you support the troops?

Senator Obama doesn't know the difference betwen 10 & 10,000, when neither number was actually right.

He told an audience that 10,000 people died in the Kansas tornado, when the actual number is 12.

He says he was tired.

Have you seen this?

It's a speech written by someone anonymous (I'd give credit if I knew) who wrote a speech President Bush should give.

Excellent!

A British guy who thought he was dying went out and spent all his money & stopped paying his mortgage.

Now, he found out he's not dying and he's completely broke.

Should his doctors have to pay him back?

I feel for the guy, but still being alive is a pretty good thing.  He seems to think living without any money isn't worth living.  I'd disagree with that.

I don't recall any riots taking place when Bill Clinton was elected to office, or when the Democrats took Congress this past November.  Actually, to be fair, I don't think there were any riots when Bush got elected, either.  But, there sure was a ton of whining, screaming, & yelling.

Check out what happened in France when Conservative candidate Nicholas Sarkozy was elected.  Hundreds were arrested. And liberals say they want peace.

I just came across this video of John Stewart from they Daily Show on Bill Moyers PBS show.  John, who I think we can all agree, is a liberal, stays very calm and lays out some good arguments about having an open, honest dialogue about Iraq.

But, as this blogger points out, most liberals have the inability to provide logical solutions to any problem, so here's my challenge.

I'd love for a liberal on this site to solve a problem without blaming a conservative for that particular problem, without calling Bush a liar, and without making absolutely no freaking sense.

Any of these problems would be great - Iraq, Illegal Immigration, and/or Terrorism.  Give it a shot. (Conservatives are welcome to critique the solutions given and ask questions, although they shouldn't be hard questions.)

First she tells us to only use one square of toilet paper.  Now she's telling us to change our light bulbs.

Should we take anything celebrity's take seriously, when they don't live by their own standards?
