I come from a family of smokers.  People who say that they just can't quit, even though a family member has recently been diagnosed with lung cancer.  Also, they smoke around all of the children and say that the children should go outside or into the other room.  I think they are selfish. I also think that all of  the people on the news who complain about having to smode outside, or avoid the entrances of buildings should get over it.  I imagine that these people also claim to be caring people, but somehow they seem to forget how much they care for other pople while they are exposing people to second-hand smoke.  Just some thoughts from someone who has been around "caring" smokers for her whole life....
