Back to the writing pages of Fox DFW. 

I don't know if you missed me, but I am back.  I had to come back to weigh in on the political climate.  Missed the last part of football season--so I will just say--to all my favorite teams--next year will be here soon! 

I guess I will use this first returning blog to express my views on the current political races--and all I can say is--pray for all of us!  I am not passionate about anybody yet.  Except,  I will not vote for Hillary--and hopefully that won't be an option anyway!

Cookie is a survivor. We adopted her when she was so sick with heartworms--she survived the treatment for that when we were told--it was very risky because of her poor condition. And a year ago we were told she only had maybe a couple of months. We know time will not be forever with her, but we enjoy her, she is truly a great companion, and yes, sometimes even can still act like a puppy. She turns 8 this year--so she is getting closer to my age. We share that--two old grouchy females. My poor husband.

That's all we can do, enjoy them while they're here - the PETS that is.... hubs are a different matter all together. (LOL)
