TV offers many travel shows--but I have found a channel that is not typically a travel channel that offers a show titled "Distant Shores"  This channel is The Wealth TV channel offered through our FIOS tv provider.  You get information, a chance to see places, and peoples that you may never see or visit.  This channel is offered in both regular and HD.

To all of you who are of Irish heritage ( and that stronly includes me as my grandmother and grandfather both were born and raised in Ireland)--so a toast of good fortune to all of you on St. Patrick's Day.  And enjoy the good eats and drink of the day.

Indiana Jones who?

One of the top movie trailers on U-Tube is the trailer for the new Indiana Jones movie with Harrison Ford.  Now for most of us adults we remember the first series of Indiana Jones movies, but it has been 20 years since the last movie appeared and so, the producers for the new movie are having to teach a new generation about the terrific adventures of the mild mannered archeology professor who has fantastic weekend adventures.

For me, I can't wait until the new movie is on the big screen.
