My children and I also seen the lunar. They were up for school and seen it for the first time. These pic are great also Good Job.

Great shots, jclguru!! I was up in Alaska last week but missed the eclipse because I was sleeping after a hard day hiking the Chilkoot Trail and rafting down the Taiya River!

My husband and I watched the whole eclipse and video taped and took some pictures because it was the first eclipse either of us had ever seen. While the video is amazing and pictures turned out very nice, none of ours has that whole red glow that you captured. It's beautiful!

Hey jclguru - The first meeting of the season for Southwest Camera Club is Monday, September 17 at 7pm at The Rocky River Nature Center in the Metroparks. OUr first meeting's program is bringing in pictures or slides of things we all did this summer.

I'm a mainframe guy during the night and a bird photographer during the day. I'm 42 and have lived in Cleveland for about 4 years now. I love all Detroit and Pittsburgh sports. I especially love the fact this town hasn't had a championship in what, 43 years!!
