What a good deal on Brett Hull and Les Jackson's part. Good trade, seems like Richards was the "spark" the Stars needed to get this fire going.
No matter how you feel about hockey, you can't deny how much better the Stars are doing than the Mavs or the Cowboys did. We're taking this one all the way!!

So last night I turn it to Fox 4 excited about the new trade and what may come of it all and Doocy comes on and devotes exactly 5 seconds to hockey!! 5 seconds!! I surely thought Fox 4 being the only station I know of that openly markets the Stars would have devoted more time. Maybe interview Tippett or some other players?? Or you could go to frisco and show Richards at his first practice. But instead we got to watch a dumb story on the Texas Rangers (who by the way) will end up sucking this year!! The Stars and doing better than the Mavericks and Rangers combined and a 5 second slot for them doesn't do them or me justice!! (okay, I feel better now)

Regarding Mr Gonzalez's resignation as Attorney General, I have a question.
Where's LULAC and the other hispanic supporting groups that march and protest when some unfair treatment has been given to any other hispanic??
Just something I've been thinking about..anyone have any answers?

I feel for the missing Mesquite's woman's family. Hopefully, for the husband and daughter's sake she is found safe, and more importantly alive. I can't help but think how selfish she is though! Going to buy drugs? Maybe she was doing that or not but if so she is certainly acting selfish on account of her little family. Being a new Mother myself I would never, never in my right mind ever make a decision to do anything that would jeopordize my life and so on to affect my husband and children! Hopefully everything turns out okay!

My heart and prayers go out to the Kansas teen who was killed. How sad that our children aren't even safe in mid day while it's still light outside!! Hopefully those responsible are brought to justice!

I was watching a clip from GMA today and saw one of the girls that robbed that bank in Atlanta, and whom they're calling the Barbie Bandits. I can't believe this girl was laughing and in such a good mood during her explanation of her actions during the robbery!!! I might not know the whole story, but I can't believe what kids are doing these days!!
