Equal Hockey time!!

So last night I turn it to Fox 4 excited about the new trade and what may come of it all and Doocy comes on and devotes exactly 5 seconds to hockey!!  5 seconds!!  I surely thought Fox 4 being the only station I know of that openly markets the Stars would have devoted more time.  Maybe interview Tippett or some other players??  Or you could go to frisco and show Richards at his first practice.  But instead we got to watch a dumb story on the  Texas Rangers (who by the way)  will end up sucking this year!!  The Stars and doing better than the Mavericks and Rangers combined and a 5 second slot for them doesn't do them or me justice!!  (okay, I feel better now)

thanks Graywolf, I wasn't conducting a poll on who likes hockey, just stating my frustrations. Hillbilly's comment was deleted.

deleting comments is so lame , this is a sports section , expect to get slammed

calling me ignorant in a sports section is like water rolling off a ducks back , oh , ain't that a name of a "sports" team ? the mighty ducks , ha

Lec, you know I'm a diehard hockey fan. Last night was a blast and gave me more hope for the playoffs.

Frankly, I believe Doocy to be the most inept of the Dallas area sports reporters. His views are jaundiced and he's ever negative. The most likely reason he doesn't report on the Stars is because they're collectively sick of his style. I know I am.

By the way, 5 assists by B-rad Richards. I bet Anaheim and San Jose are going, "Oh, no!" lol

I went to the Stars practice today. isky has a swollen ankle but he'll be ok. Spoke with Ott and Boucher. Spoke with Barch, Grossman and Jere too. My favorite question today I poosed to Niklas Hagman: How does it feel to get a hat trick and still be the 2nd star? His answer? Richards deserved it more.

I like Hagman!
