That is the question.

This man beats his wife to death with a baseball bat and then he wants to "emotionally" sit on top of a bridge and threaten to jump.

I know this sounds mean....but, WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR????

Sorry peeps, but, I have no sympathy for someone who wants to sit there and cry AFTER they have already done something so brutal to a loved one.

So, now we have to spend tax payers money, while he sits in jail and gets fed and trys to "turn his life around" while he awaits his trial only to be sent to jail and then be let out on parole a few years later.

Sorry Buddy.....no sympathy from this person.  You should have thought about what you were doing when you grabbed the bat and went after your wife with it.

Too bad some big 18 wheeler didnt go by really really fast and create a wind gust. No sympathy here either. i wonder why he did that?

I'm with you there luv. The sympathy I would feel would be for the poor, unfortunate driver that might have run him over once he hit the pavement. Wow....that sounds harsh doesn't it?

but yet when a woman lies about rape, kills her kids everyone shows her sympathy? and to many out there have you ever wondered what the FEMALE did to make a man snap like that?

there's 2 sides to every story....deal with it.

everyone has a mental breakdown at some point in their life..doesnt religion teach forgiveness?? maybe not but the texas court system surely does when it comes to women "getting emotional" now does it.

Raven...ALOT of bloggers here have spoken their mind about that woman who cried rape and agreed that she should be sitting her azz in jail for what she did to have her lover killed.

And another thing, I have NO sympathy for ANY woman who kills her children. I think you are talking about the people related to the ones who do this. You seem to have us backwards.

There are two sides to every story, but, to BEAT A PERSON TO DEATH with a baseball bat?? And then a mans strength behind that bat on a woman. COME ON!

You know when you are having a mental breakdown. There are signs, and if YOU chose not to take care of yourself, don't take it out on someone else. If it was the case that she was driving him crazy, he should have left. Why kill her?

You are the one that sounds like the hypocrit here. You are the one that sounds like you don't like women. Well, sorry. Don't have to like us.

Oldrocker, no, it does not sound harsh. He deserves to feel the same pain that his wife probably felt as he was whacking her with that bat.

I understand if he can say and prove that he did it in self defense...otherwise, I hope they fry his azz.
I can just hear the news now.....pleading not guilty by insanity.
